“Will came to set up my wifi today and he was THE BEST! He explained every step to me including what color lights mean and the best placement for each pod. I initially only ordered 1 pod but he informed me that the deal I bought I get up to 2 pods for the same price, so he saved me there and I got the second pod! He was very friendly and kind and made the process pain free. The wifi got up and working right away. He informed me about the app, and went through the booklet with me on where I can find certain information. You don’t get customer service like that these days! His great attitude, demeanor, and manners made the experience pleasant and HE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Highly recommend this business. We did a new build home and utilized them for smart home features, flush mount speakers for audio and smart lighting. I was amazed with the professionalism and promptness. They went above and beyond to make it work (even when the builder and builder subcontractors outwardly were rude to the team). “Came in to switch my service to Verizon, after continued incompetency by another company. I honestly would’ve been better off using 2 paper cups with a piece string attached to them, than to continue to use their service.When I arrived at this store, I was promptly greeted by Josh, and within 30 minutes, my service was switched and I was out the door with a working cell phone.
