“Saved Our Holiday!
Delvan Longueuil truly saved our holiday plans! We had initially booked with Enterprise, only to receive a call an hour before pick-up informing us there were no cars available. They made no effort to check other locations or help us find a solution, leaving us stranded.
In a pinch, we googled and found Delvan. Gave them a call, and within just 30 minutes, we were driving off in a clean, comfortable SUV. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and helpful. To top it off, the price was even cheaper than what Enterprise had quoted us. Delvan even gave us a ride back to the nearby station!

“Honestly I am really satisfied with the quality of the service I was given at Légaré over the phone. The guy who answered, William, was very helpful, he took the time to explain to me how the rentals worked, gave me different prices for different options and the quality of his customer service was top notch.
We were looking for a 7-passenger vehicule, he gave me 3 options, SUV minivan or sprinter, and although it was a little bit more expansive than Enterprise, he was able to convince us by giving a very detailed list of reasons why we were paying more. He suggested I come look at the online review and although my french is not perfect, I've compared with enterprise and U-haul and Legaré has been maintaining an above-average star rating which definitively speaks for itself. When my wife finally called back to confirm everything, it was easy and simple; no headache.
The vehicle was clean, the lady who made me sign the contract was very helpful, Audrey I think, and the guys outside who handed me the key were very professional. My experience was very positive and I will definitively be renting again.

“Where do I even begin?
A group of us had arrived into Montreal initially with the plan to use Uber for the duration of our trip. We quickly realized how much more we would save if we just rented a vehicle. Thus the vehicle rental hunt began.
We started an online booking with a different location. Upon arrival, even though the online booking went through and stated that they were ready for us, they were not. They did not have an available vehicle despite what it said online. The clerk there had no interest in helping us, AT ALL, directing us to call to customer service instead.
After multiple calls and with no resolution from that location AND customer service, we decided to call around to the other locations in an attempt to find an available vehicle ourselves. Which we thought they could have done for us.
Luckily for us, we called this location and a savior picked up the phone. Enter our main character, Dossi!
He was absolutely spectacular to deal with. He showed initiative and desire to help us and our situation. He told us to go to him and that he'll take care of us to the best of his ability, and damn this man came through. He got us set up in an amazing timely fashion and got us a vehicle!
Dossi's an exemplary example of 5 star customer service. His attitude and helpful behavior took our experience with Enterprise from the depths of hell all the way to a glorious redemption driving into the sunset.
With Dossi, our trip became that much more enjoyable and fun.
