“Honestly I am really satisfied with the quality of the service I was given at Légaré over the phone. The guy who answered, William, was very helpful, he took the time to explain to me how the rentals worked, gave me different prices for different options and the quality of his customer service was top notch.
We were looking for a 7-passenger vehicule, he gave me 3 options, SUV minivan or sprinter, and although it was a little bit more expansive than Enterprise, he was able to convince us by giving a very detailed list of reasons why we were paying more. He suggested I come look at the online review and although my french is not perfect, I've compared with enterprise and U-haul and Legaré has been maintaining an above-average star rating which definitively speaks for itself. When my wife finally called back to confirm everything, it was easy and simple; no headache.
The vehicle was clean, the lady who made me sign the contract was very helpful, Audrey I think, and the guys outside who handed me the key were very professional. My experience was very positive and I will definitively be renting again.

Indeed, I had excellent service from the two clerks who were present on Saturday March 21. They were very courteous and attentive. In addition, the cars are quality and I haven't had any problems. Also, we can notice that the company pays attention to cleaning the vehicle both inside and outside, especially these days with the Coronavirus. Here comes Alan, this guy is a champion, he is in it for the sale but makes sure that the client gets what they want.
I ended up getting the car that I came for, and I needed a few things even after the sale was done and Alan came through.
He even stayed an hour past his scheduled shift to ensure the delivery of the car went smoothly.”

“I booked a max sedan for a 10 day family trip. I called the location number a day before and requested to provide me a good car as its a longer trip with family and wanted to avoid any issues. I reached the rental address in greenfield park on the day of pick up at 8 AM. Avis team at the desk was very straight forward and recognized me from the call the day earlier. I was informed that they have upgraded the car from sedan to intermediate SUV as I requested, and at no extra cost. This was a beautiful surprise and a very kind act of AVIS team upgrading to almost a new SUV(ford escape black) with just 35000 kms on it. I felt very happy cos if it were a sedan, I would have faced a lot of difficulty in adjusting the luggage (family of four luggage). It was a smooth trip and complete trip was very comfortable. I would thank the AVIS team for such a nice response and would definitely recommend everyone to choose this location without doubt.”
