“I would like to give a big shout-out to every single member of this Enterprise location. Especially to Mr. Yan (sorry if it is the wrong name). I was traveling from NY to Montreal in April 23. My car got stolen from the hotel parking lot. I was so helpless and couldn't find a possible easy way to come back. Called several Enterprise location to find out if they can arrange a car, which I can drop at NY. At the end, I reserve a car from this location for one day for local use. When I went there and explained my situation, they took time and found a great solution for me. I was able to drive back to NY with their car and drop it here.
