“This is my 1st time renting with this establishment. Raymond and Tarik were fantastic. Their services were very professional, friendly and they went the extra mile to make ensure I was happy with the service. I would highly recommend this establishment. The car I received was exceptionally clean. I felt like I was driving a new car. I am definitely renting from this establishment again.”
“I booked a max sedan for a 10 day family trip. I called the location number a day before and requested to provide me a good car as its a longer trip with family and wanted to avoid any issues. I reached the rental address in greenfield park on the day of pick up at 8 AM. Avis team at the desk was very straight forward and recognized me from the call the day earlier. I was informed that they have upgraded the car from sedan to intermediate SUV as I requested, and at no extra cost. This was a beautiful surprise and a very kind act of AVIS team upgrading to almost a new SUV(ford escape black) with just 35000 kms on it. I felt very happy cos if it were a sedan, I would have faced a lot of difficulty in adjusting the luggage (family of four luggage). It was a smooth trip and complete trip was very comfortable. I would thank the AVIS team for such a nice response and would definitely recommend everyone to choose this location without doubt.”
“Excellent experience. Both agents who helped me were friendly and efficient. They gave me an upgrade at no cost at all, the car was in immaculate shape. I paid less than online, even with the upgrade and the insurance. The whole experience was super easy and fast even for a one way rental between cities. They treated me so kindly, I will use Enterprise from now on.”
“Great experience with Enterprise Car Rental. Kevin was especially helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. He made everything quick and easy. Excellent customer service—I would definitely rent from Enterprise again!”
“Honestly I am really satisfied with the quality of the service I was given at Légaré over the phone. The guy who answered, William, was very helpful, he took the time to explain to me how the rentals worked, gave me different prices for different options and the quality of his customer service was top notch. We were looking for a 7-passenger vehicule, he gave me 3 options, SUV minivan or sprinter, and although it was a little bit more expansive than Enterprise, he was able to convince us by giving a very detailed list of reasons why we were paying more. He suggested I come look at the online review and although my french is not perfect, I've compared with enterprise and U-haul and Legaré has been maintaining an above-average star rating which definitively speaks for itself. When my wife finally called back to confirm everything, it was easy and simple; no headache. The vehicle was clean, the lady who made me sign the contract was very helpful, Audrey I think, and the guys outside who handed me the key were very professional. My experience was very positive and I will definitively be renting again. They have set the bar high and every other rental business should take notes here...”
“I have rented from Globe car many times, and have received the same great service and enthusiasm from the staff each time. Kudos to this Quebec company who’s doing a wonderful job with their pricing as they compete against the big car rental companies!”
“I have to mention the speed and efficiency of your staff, even under pressure from belligerent customers , would do you proud Enterprise! Your staff was kind and accommodating. I highly recommend your company.”
“I'm here again back at this branch because the staff are very cooperative, especially LUNA in the reception she was very nice to us, they deserve five stars… thank you LUNA and all staff”
“Very good service from start to finish first experience of renting a vehicle and we were very well served according to our needs! At a more than competitive price!”
“Komla (BranchManager) at 1717 rue berri, enterprise branch was an EXCELLENT advisor and was very helpful throughout the rental process. Even with many customers he handled each one of us with respect and patience. I have already booked my next car rental with him and his branch. Thank you, Goutham Tulabandula”
“Excellent service both times I went here. This time I was given a 2025 Hyundai Tucson and it was really enjoyable. The employees are extremely nice especially the asian guy that was there at the front desk last Friday/This Tuesday (forgot to ask his name)”
“Very comfortable and clean vehicle, Third rental and still satisfied ? Professional and pleasant staff. How lucky to be able to count on professionals of this level.”
“Despite a delivery problem from the central office (my vehicle was not available on site!) They rushed to bring the vehicle from the Sorel branch in a record time! Thank you Camille!”
“I was frustrated in the beginning reserving large suv ending up with a small one , anyway had a talk with Mr VALY such a good guy . Those stars are only for him”
“Excellent service and stuff. I ordered Ford Expedition couple months before our road trip. Unfortunately this SUV wasn't available when I came to take the car. Finally we got minivan Chrysler Pacifica. Our family trip was successful but with we planned it with an SUV. Thanks for the great service.”
“Always efficient and courteous service from Grace and all employees. With occasionally a small bonus such as a very appreciable reduction or upgrade. The best place to rent a vehicle in downtown Montreal.”
“I had an excellent experience with Globe Location Auto. Despite the problems with payment by credit at the start of the rental, Mr. Marko did everything so that I could rent a car within the hour by offering me alternative solutions to the difficulties encountered. The team is professional, involved and pleasant, I highly recommend!”
“Excellent location. Friendly staff, and having rented 5+ vehicles from this location, never had any issues. Thank you to Amine, Momo & the lovely woman at the counter (didn’t get her name) for their service.”
“Good service. When you make an online reservation, you should call the branch office and check if it is booked right. I rented a mini van for a week with a reasonable price, and no issue at all. I am going to use this branch again later. Review for Koreans: Car rental in Saint-Catherine. Even if you make a reservation online, you must call the office to confirm. I think I still need to check it over the phone rather than through the system. They are not picky and provide friendly guidance. I rented a minivan for a week and I am satisfied.”
“Very satisfied with the very clean and reliable loaned vehicle. Very clear instructions for use and return conditions. The Mr who served us is very pleasant and professional. I recommend “entreprise Bld Rolland Therrien”. Downside, your branch is not easy to find among all the other damages this must serve you. I recommend you and will certainly call on you at the next opportunity.”
“Excellent service. Rental by Desjardins insurance due to an accident. The gentleman at Enterprise was very kind and human. When I returned I gave him the keys, everything was perfect. A well-deserved handshake. THANKS”
“Had some issues with my reservation, and Brahim went above and beyond to help me straighten it out. His courteous service, and patience truly sets this employee apart. This was the third time renting from this particular location, and there's a reason I keep coming back!”
“Incredible service! Everything about this rental was 5-star quality. The team was professional, the pickup was fast, and the whole experience was smooth. If you need a car, this is the place to go.”
“I am giving four stars because of the excellent service provided by Michael at the 7900 Sherbrooke est office. He did a very good job as branch manager and was always attentive and professional. But if the rating were based on the customer phone service only, I would give less than one star”
