For once I felt the item was priced reasonably (perhaps due to boxing day sale) and immediately purchased it.I received my furniture in an excellent condition. It took more than 2 years to receive the replacements. Ms Sylvie Bean, customer service representative at Deco Luminaire was incredibly patient, responsive and effective in dealing with this terrible supplier. I'm sad to learn that Ms Bean will be leaving Deco Luminaire and hope that they realize what a valuable employee she has been for them.”

“Excellent service on the weekend, we were well supported by the young interior designer and really enjoyed our experience. Both this young person and the other employees, everyone was courteous, said hello etc. We even decided to take our couch there. However, when we wanted to go and give the deposit, the young person from Saturday was not there.We found ourselves with non-existent service. The 3 employees were standing behind the counter on their phones and didn't look at us or say hello. We had time to walk around the store and pass by them, looking for their looks before a tiny hello followed.In short, EXCELLENT service on weekends but don't have to wait for service during the week.”
