Visited Montreal & Ottawa for a week from the UK and Andreas and the team went over and above with providing a luxury 4x4 RSQ8! Not only that.. they were super fast when a pothole decided to de-rail our plans. They came out and replaced the tyre and even gave us a replacement vehicle (Lamborghini Urus Performante!!) to enable us to carry on with our road trip.
If you are looking for a luxury/exotic vehicle these guys 100% are the ones to go to!

“Honestly I am really satisfied with the quality of the service I was given at Légaré over the phone. The guy who answered, William, was very helpful, he took the time to explain to me how the rentals worked, gave me different prices for different options and the quality of his customer service was top notch.
We were looking for a 7-passenger vehicule, he gave me 3 options, SUV minivan or sprinter, and although it was a little bit more expansive than Enterprise, he was able to convince us by giving a very detailed list of reasons why we were paying more. He suggested I come look at the online review and although my french is not perfect, I've compared with enterprise and U-haul and Legaré has been maintaining an above-average star rating which definitively speaks for itself. When my wife finally called back to confirm everything, it was easy and simple; no headache.
The vehicle was clean, the lady who made me sign the contract was very helpful, Audrey I think, and the guys outside who handed me the key were very professional. My experience was very positive and I will definitively be renting again.
They have set the bar high and every other rental business should take notes here...”

“The customer service experience was very good. The truck was okay but a bit of a disappointment. It was very dirty. I complained about it on delivery and they said they don't clean the trucks. That is not what they advertised on the website. Also the transmission needed maintenance. I am not sure that I would rent another truck ftom Globe”

“When we collected our car from Alamo at Montréal–Trudeau Airport, there was a serious discrepancy between the price on our EconomyCarRentals voucher and the amount shown in the rental agreement. After a full day of travelling, this was an extremely stressful situation. EconomyCarRentals provided no meaningful assistance, but Fabiola, the manager at the Alamo counter, took our concerns seriously from the beginning. She listened, reviewed the information and promised to investigate the matter before we returned. Alamo also provided us with a complimentary vehicle upgrade. When we returned, Alamo followed through and ensured that the bill was corrected. This is exactly how customer service should be handled. “Excellent service both times I went here. This time I was given a 2025 Hyundai Tucson and it was really enjoyable. The employees are extremely nice especially the asian guy that was there at the front desk last Friday/This Tuesday (forgot to ask his name)”
“Overall, a good experience with a few problems.
When picking up the car, we were offered the option of having the contract emailed to us. Thirty minutes after leaving the agency, still no contract. We wanted to confirm something on the contract, so we attempted to call the agency. After two very long holds, the calls disconnected. Finally succeeded in reaching someone on the third attempt, only to be told that the contract can take several hours to be received. After three days, still no contract.
When we returned the car, the nice gentleman quickly processed the return, and we had the final closed contract via email within seconds.
I've rented scores of cars from Entreprise over the years at various agencies worldwide. I still enjoy the service of Entreprise, but customer service quality is slipping. For example, it used to be that they would proactively offer to pick us up or drop us off after the rental. That hasn't happened more recently, despite still advertising this service.
I fear that the customer service reputation of Entreprise will eventually drop to those of their competitors if they don't watch out.”
