“I had the pleasure to visit this new coffee shop in Laval which is located inside of a butcher shop at my suprise the concept of the place is very nice because you have a pastry spot and a bakery inside of it you can pick from anyone of the counters and they had a nice semi private seating area with a warm vibe and jazzy music background music. I was there to meet a friend and it was nice because I didn't have to yell over the music. I had the chase to try 3 of there mini salty pastry which was very good and nicely garnish I try de spinach and the zatar with a tea. Everything was fresh from the day and the lady that help me was very nice too. They had many dessert, fresh bread. Hot and cold meal to to be purchased. I didn't have the to try more of there menu but I will definitely revisite again. And I recommend for you guys to go see for yourself so if you're looking for a nice lil cozy place to have a coffee, read a book are meet ae friend you should definitely try this place thank you to the staff”

“I live around the corner and just moved back from Paris, and have been missing my daily croissants badly. I saw that Frenco was offering croissants for just $1.45 and I had to try it! It was fantastic and so flaky, and the store has a great concept and layout as well: very cozy, with space to sit and eat, work, and get a coffee, as well as shop for your zero-waste groceries, which is a great concept. So happy to be living around the corner from this spot - can’t wait to come back!”

“I love this little grocery store! It's so fun to look around and see what's new, or see what I haven't noticed before. The store has really helped me slowly transition to a zero waste home. The staff are friendly, helpful, and tidy. Some items are pricier such as organic products or fancy chocolate, but if you look, you can find some really good deals and cheap prices (even my thrifty roommate agrees). Every time I need to visit, I look forward to going. V&B is a gem in the neighborhood.”

“Best quality and freshest fruits and vegetables in the area. Excellent variety, especially of cut up fruits.
I love their large selection of ready made foods and salads. The deli is loaded with options like chicken schnitzel, chicken brochettes, baked salmon and the basics like slices salami and turkey. Their tuna salad and chopped egg are simple but excellent. They have THE BEST chicken noodle soup, its as if somebody's grandmother cooked it. It is made fresh daily which is always great.
The staff is knowledgeable and honest, and very helpful.
It makes life easy that they offer delivery when needed, and the few times that I did ask for delivery, it arrived quickly and very well packed.
Its really great having a place like this that is so accessible.”
