Sure, there are some more authentic places, but most people run away when they walk into a store and smell fish immediately. T&T found a way to bring premium produce, a fresh seafood selection and some asian brands under one roof. Their ready-to-eat section is decent and attracts a good crowd.”

“I like super c because my grocery bill is the cheapest of all the stores in chateauguay, nice to know that a store thinks of those of us who are living on a fixed income.
However, they spiked their delivery price so I guess I won't be ordering by delivery anymore unless I need to.

“Update unfortunately the removal of the scanners is deplorable (-1 star). And the freshness of fruits/vegetables is not always carefully checked, I came across items that were already rotten.
Update The addition of a scanner to pre-save articles is simply brilliant. You pack only once and no surprises at checkout, the total is calculated, it's the ultimate experience.
Metro well kept clean fresh products friendly staff. Experience what I expect from a Metro. I really like the self-service checkouts.”

The lady at the fishmonger was busy on the phone with a customer cooking lobster I think. After only 2 minutes of waiting, the store manager came to serve me. (I wanted 2 live lobsters). Super friendly and helpful gentlemen who explained to me how to do it. (I consume like once a year). I asked him if the lobsters would survive my return on foot (15-20min) since it was hot!! He took the time to wrap them for me with paper soaked in water and get a deli bag from another department to also put them under ice. Thank you for this attention!! Customer more than happy!”

“I live in Saint Laurent and I love our IGA on Henri Bourassa but it doesn't have a kosher department. I come to this IGA specifically for kosher products and they have a very good selection of meat, fish and other products. I wish they start carrying those products in Saint Laurent also but until then I'm happy to shop here.”
