“Good morning,I would like to start by noting that it is with great pleasure that I write this comment concerning the Mariette Clermont store located on Corbusier Boulevard Laval.It has unfortunately become very rare these days for the principles of customer service to be as deeply rooted within a company as they are at Mariette Clermont.For some time now, my partner and I have been looking for a new couch to replace ours, which was also purchased from Mariette Clermont more than 10 years ago. Following several visits, we found a model that we liked, once again, at Mariette Clermont.In all honesty, we were slightly reluctant to purchase from Mariette Clermont again because our last sofa did not live up to our expectations due to some minor defects.During our visit to the store, we met Roger Labaky who took the time to explain to us the construction, finishing and different components of the different lines of sectional sofas which can affect their long-term quality.During our visit, we had the pleasure of meeting none other than Mr. Clermont, with whom we discussed our situation at length. He took the situation so seriously that he offered to take back our current couch for repairs, even after more than 10 YEARS of wear!It was at this moment that my partner and I made the decision that whatever our choice of sofa, the purchase would be made from Mariette Clermont. The trust, quality of service and concern for the customer shown to us by Mr. Clermont and Mr. Labaky are unrivaled. We understood that we cannot assign a value to this type of attitude and this type of business mentality which has become almost non-existent in recent years.To all those who are planning a furniture purchase, I implore and strongly encourage you to take the time to visit Mariette Clermont. “This is our second time shopping for appliances and although we looked at many stores and Domon is not next door we still ended up here again! Their price was hundreds below their rivals for the same fridge, very quick and free delivery. The salesman was very nice and informative, knew his appliances.The delivery service was impressively effective and polite. There was barely an extra inch in width in our corridor but they never even touched either sides of the wall. They had to detach the outside door to be able to come through and that was done very quickly without scratching anything. They were literally sorry for leaving a fingerprint on the door that I was able to wash with a clean clothe in seconds.I'm hoping all my appliances last for many years but I know where I'll end up if one of them breaks.”

Ended up have a custom made sofa, with our exact dimensions and choice of fabric. The owner gave us a tour of the manufacturing part of the business and we were impressed!Due to factors beyond their control concerning availability of our chosen fabric covering however, the promised date for delivery was pushed back by 2 months. They called us to offer us perhaps other options. We chose to wait since we were truly enamored with our choice of fabric covering. Then the incredible happened. They offered to loan us a smaller sofa for the duration of our waiting time! Without another word, they kindly delivered this loaner sofa. Today, they delivered our much awaited sofa and WOW!WOW!WOW!. It is even more beautiful then we had originally imaged at the store!! The promised delivery time was also spot on!!!
