“Highly recommended, as they've exceeded my expectations on every turn.
First, I contacted them about a demo shed I've seen on their mobile site. Christine responded that she could not find the model in stock, and ask that I send a screenshot. Turns out the mobile and web versions had diverged, and the demo was not only out of stock, the model was no longer offered. I was then very surprised when she proposed to fabricate a brand new model for me and sell it at a demo's price!
Next, I noticed a small error on the invoice (a $20 credit accidentally being debited). When I pointed it out, Christine not only apologized profusely, but also offered an $80 discount as compensation for the error, which was not even a big deal.
When I had to reschedule the delivery due to construction delays, they were more than happy to accommodate. However, the cherry on the cake was when Christine called me prior to the delivery and informed me that they drove by my address and saw where the cement slab was in relation pool. She then suggested that we move the door from the center to the right to avoid opening the door over the skimmer, add a window thanks to the space that the new door placement created, and replace the delivery of a pre-made shed with a custom installation, all at no extra cost to me!
The company has really gone above and beyond, and I cannot thank Christine and the team enough!”
