Jean-Jaques went above and beyond with the replacement of my record player needle which was a tricky replacement due to having a fixed cartridge.

“My partner, myself and several family members have often purchased cell phones, accessories, electronic devices at this location and we have never had any problems! The gentlemen are friendly and answer our questions to the best of their knowledge.
I read the bad comments and I don't understand.. when we come home, they ask us what we are looking for, show us what is available, the prices, it has already happened that I bought the wrong thread , I returned it, exchanged it without problems, from our experience, never had anything defective, if that happened, I don't think there would be any problems. When purchasing screen protectors, he installed them at our request, without charging extra for the service, so we have always had very good customer service and when we compare the prices, we find them very reasonable!
In relation to a negative comment saying that the owner resells more than he pays.. IF the price is similar to other stores, but often he sells a few dollars less it seems to me, I don't see where the problem, no store sells us items at cost (what it costs them)... that's how they make a little profit.. especially an independent store like him, he needs to make some sales and profit to pay for your premises..

“I have a 59-inch Samsung 3D TV from 2011. But one day after turning on my TV, it turns off and then nothing. Unplugged and plugged in again, it started again but only to fail again a few minutes later and this time unplugging and plugging back in didn't work. What to do? 3D TVs are no longer available and with more than 400 3D films, buying a simple television is out of the question. I called, a very courteous guy came to pick up my television (there is a charge for that but I am on foot). The guy is clear, he'll see if it's possible to repair (which is what I want), calls me back and tells me that it's the "power supply" that's missing and I'm lucky, the part is available. My TV is working again and seems to be holding up.”
