My cat is very stressed and had never been outside the house before. I explained this to them, and they were so understanding , they even made sure to take her in first for her operation to reduce her stress. The surgery went very smoothly, and they handled everything in a very timely and compassionate way.
They provided all the necessary medication for three days before the surgery, and even followed up with me by phone and email to check on her recovery. This level of care and attention really made me feel respected and reassured.
