Worst service. Because of the post office strike I had to wait for a replacement card, that didn’t work. The girl working there (dark here, Latina, all the employees speak Spanish to each other) throw me my card like it was a piece of garbage, nobody seem useful, terrible experience truly.

A less crowded branch to compare with other RBC offices around the area ( probably because it is not next to a metro station :D)
The staff are very acknowledgeable. Just make sure keep 2 types of ID with you all the time, just in case they need to verify or proceed further.

Many thanks to Raquel who was of great help to me following a fraud and who allowed me to obtain a new credit card before leaving on my trip! Excellent service!
