She also helped me secure a new credit card with better credit availability (my previous card was as an international graduate student and only had a limit of $500). She also offered me a line of credit at a decent interest rate, and was very patient in explaining how it worked. She also helped with hiccups with the CC and LOC on the credit team's end.
