“I had great experience renting a car for a trip to Quebec City. Personnels are very nice and welcoming. The car was in good condition. My fear was the company blame me for some damage that I’m not responsible, but they prove that you can trust them. Thank you so much!”

“We had a great experience renting a car here! Our original reservation with another company didn’t work out, but we found Enterprise online and were so glad we did. Matthieu was incredibly helpful from the start. We had to change to a different car at the last minute, and he was very understanding and accommodating. He listened to what we needed and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Matthieu, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy! We really appreciate your excellent customer service and would definitely rent here again.”

“I booked a max sedan for a 10 day family trip. I called the location number a day before and requested to provide me a good car as its a longer trip with family and wanted to avoid any issues. I reached the rental address in greenfield park on the day of pick up at 8 AM. Avis team at the desk was very straight forward and recognized me from the call the day earlier. I was informed that they have upgraded the car from sedan to intermediate SUV as I requested, and at no extra cost. This was a beautiful surprise and a very kind act of AVIS team upgrading to almost a new SUV(ford escape black) with just 35000 kms on it. I felt very happy cos if it were a sedan, I would have faced a lot of difficulty in adjusting the luggage (family of four luggage). It was a smooth trip and complete trip was very comfortable. I would thank the AVIS team for such a nice response and would definitely recommend everyone to choose this location without doubt.”

“The customer service experience was very good. The truck was okay but a bit of a disappointment. It was very dirty. I complained about it on delivery and they said they don't clean the trucks. That is not what they advertised on the website. Also the transmission needed maintenance. I am not sure that I would rent another truck ftom Globe”

“I had an outstanding experience with this branch of Enterprise. From the moment, I walked in, Mark Betinjaneh made the whole process smooth and stress free, all with a smile on his face. Believe me if I say that this guy is the epitome of customer service and satisfaction. I had my car stolen and needed one urgently to attend to family medical emergency. Mark explained the whole process, found me the perfect car to meet my needs, and gave valuable advice. Unfortunately, that car model was not available the same day at this branch, but this guy went above and beyond and arranged it from another branch and brought it over for us. You hardly find people like this, who love their job and work with so much passion. I will surely be coming back here or recommending them to my friends!”

“Very satisfied with the very clean and reliable loaned vehicle. Very clear instructions for use and return conditions. The Mr who served us is very pleasant and professional. I recommend “entreprise Bld Rolland Therrien”. Downside, your branch is not easy to find among all the other damages this must serve you. I recommend you and will certainly call on you at the next opportunity.”

“It was my first time renting a car at this location, and even though it was quite busy and I had to wait a bit for my vehicle to be returned by the previous renter, once it was back I was quickly taken to the vehicle and signed the contract and was on my way in just a few minutes. My trip went great and then the return process was quick and easy as well. Since I had my credit card saved in my account, that saved a lot of time. The associates were friendly and efficient. When I need to rent a car again, I will definitely return to this location.”

“Solid operational service, but be sure to inspect the vehicle thoroughly beforehand. The car was ready on schedule, the staff answered all my questions, and they even offered a lift to the garage twice, which was a great gesture. However, I strongly advise documenting all pre-existing condition—scratches, seat/door stains, etc.—before driving off. Despite being told the car was in flawless condition, I found several cosmetic flaws. To protect yourself from potential liability, make sure to get written confirmation that your file is officially closed upon return. My security deposit was released immediately without issue.”

“I had a car accident and I was able to get a rental car a day after. The process was smooth! I had no problem the whole time that I had the car. Everything was ready in time. Staff were very nice and the service is very good. I forgot my garage key and day after dropping off the car and a kind man called Jean and the cleaners were kind enough to help me retrieve it. Thank you again guys! Really appreciate it!”
