“Stayed for 4 nights Aug 2026. Excellent location'; Upper Town right across a green space (Place d'Armes) from the Chateau Frontenac, and very near the upper station of the funicular. The neighbourhood filled with restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had AC units to offset the August heat. Staff frequently not at front desk but, when present, were helpful and pleasant. Excellent value for money!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There is one small caveat. Let's start positive. Service great, surroundings great and the room was very suitable and comfortable. On the downside, even on the 4th floor, the noise from the street below was horrendous and kept us awake beyond 3am. The hotel really needs much better sound insulation.”

Also, the website is done well in terms of connecting rooms bookings. Avis is in the lobby. Great location. Convenience level is high at this place - definitely would stay there again.”

“Check in is a nightmare! We requested an early check in because their normal check in is 5 pm. We got there at 2:45, we were told it would be ready at 3:30. At 3:45 we tried again and we were told that now it might be 4:30. I will upgrade my review after we have stayed.”

“I had an excellent stay at Hotel Belley. The main building has rooms above a fairly active pub. I had a small apartment room removed from this building just up the road. It was spacious and clean. I brought some additional soap/shampoo and some food, as there was an equipped kitchen in this room. The pub itself is fun, with a pool table, open to 4am, which is great for travellers. Staff were friendly. I would stay here again, particularly if I can get the same room (in Building 11). Location is excellent.”

“The room we booked was quite small; it had a bunk bed, and the washroom was very tiny. However, the location was fantastic and easily accessible, as it's right in Old Quebec City, within walking distance to the Frontenac Hotel and many tourist attractions. The front desk staff were friendly, and we will definitely consider staying at this hotel again when we return in the summer.”

“We stayed at Hotel Le Concorde during Winter Carnaval, and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, the bed super comfortable and shower was hot and had great pressure. Oh and the view? Incredible! But the unexpected highlight might have been the lost and found experience. We left while three busses full of people were also checking out, so loading up our vehicle was a bit chaotic. We ended up forgetting a garment bag in the very busy and packed lobby. We didn't realize until we got home. I emailed the hotel, and they confirmed they had it! The process to have it shipped home was so easy. I highly recommend this hotel.”
