“What a wonderful, charming place. I took my wife a few months back. She wanted to go to a nearby spa to do their water circuit, but it was completely booked. I found this hotel and when we saw the outdoor amenities I knew it would be perfect. The pool was warm, perfect for Labor day weekend, the hot tub was fantastic but for me it could have been a few degrees higher, I like them reaally hot. Room service was easy, but the Nachos were expensive for nothing great, but the club was excellent.
Price was right, easy to park, I loved laying in the hammocks. We did not have time to do the evening activities they offered, but the Marshmallow roasting sounded very interesting.

“Not really what would you expect from 4 star hotel. Convenient location, very expensive breakfast, beds rather small. When booking, rooms view not clearly described (city view is on 3 sides). We booked through travel web site, where was no info about pool closure. Direct hotel info on Google maps had the pool info. My bad for not checking.
Third time stay. Better rooms descriptions when booking is a plus. Old town view is great.”
“I stayed two nights at the campground, and as a frequent camper I can say that this is one of the nicest facilities I've visited. The bathroom was very well-kept and clean and the office had a lot of nice perks: laundry, grocery, a library. Very professional and helpful staff, and a reasonably-priced shuttle service into Quebec City. Everything was top notch! Highly recommend.”

“I love how my used towels were replaced with clean ones and my room was kept tidy when I stepped out for work. I returned back to my hotel room and was so pleased with the difference. Little but noticeable. I appreciate the effort of the cleaning staff and their manager.”

“We stayed at Hotel Le Concorde during Winter Carnaval, and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, the bed super comfortable and shower was hot and had great pressure. Oh and the view? Incredible! But the unexpected highlight might have been the lost and found experience. We left while three busses full of people were also checking out, so loading up our vehicle was a bit chaotic. We ended up forgetting a garment bag in the very busy and packed lobby. We didn't realize until we got home. I emailed the hotel, and they confirmed they had it! The process to have it shipped home was so easy. I highly recommend this hotel.”

“Internet could desperately use an upgrade, these speeds are so 1999. The room has so much space for activities. Good sized modern TV. Beautiful lobby, interesting cuisine in the restaurant (not for everyone). Limited parking. Very quite area, making this a really cozy and comfortable get-away stay.”
