As are the tellers… And if there is a problem… The president of Dean Bank Mr. Kevin Goff…, usually will respond in a timely manner… He’s readily available for compliments… Which I believe are important! “I just came in to get a bank check and I was seriously so touched by the amazing women working the bank today . Not only did I get all the help I needed they were all so kind and helpful I’m truly grateful bc it’s not every day where you’re treated and greeted like you’re a friend or a loved one especially by strangers so for that im very grateful . I had the worst day today and after being helped by these amazing women im walking out of the bank smiling and that means the world to me . They set me up with accounts to help me save and build for my future which I wasn’t expecting to do when I walked in but im so grateful they suggested it bc I didn’t even know there were options like that .It’s 1/10/23 around 1pm , If the bank manger sees this please give those amazing women who helped me a raise or something bc im truly so grateful for my time at the bank today and that’s not normally something you hear every day . “Citizens on Charles St was exceptional. However, I must be clear that it was specifically the location here that provided an exceptional experience. Prior to entering the Charles St branch I was ready to switch banking institutions all together. After leaving here though I decided to give it another chance solely based upon the care, considerate accommodating attitude and most importantly expertise and refusal to quit without providing me a solution attitude of the bank specialist here. If Citizens could manage to maintain employees who had even half of the ethic of this woman, they'd be in good shape. I had this experience over a year ago and still remember her ability to switch a negative experience into a dynamic one. I only wish I could remember her name so she could maintain credit for a job well done.”
