“I just came in to get a bank check and I was seriously so touched by the amazing women working the bank today . Not only did I get all the help I needed they were all so kind and helpful I’m truly grateful bc it’s not every day where you’re treated and greeted like you’re a friend or a loved one especially by strangers so for that im very grateful . I had the worst day today and after being helped by these amazing women im walking out of the bank smiling and that means the world to me . They set me up with accounts to help me save and build for my future which I wasn’t expecting to do when I walked in but im so grateful they suggested it bc I didn’t even know there were options like that .It’s 1/10/23 around 1pm , If the bank manger sees this please give those amazing women who helped me a raise or something bc im truly so grateful for my time at the bank today and that’s not normally something you hear every day . She was so professional, knowledgeable, organized, and a pleasure to speak with. It was the easiest, quick process ever! She explained every feature and online banking abilities. Every question I had, she answered fully and I felt so pleased with the experience of dealing with a true professional. 100% recommend using them for banking. Although we didn't have the correct paperwork initially and had to return a second time, the staff was understanding and supportive. During our second visit, we were more prepared and met with Aldo Burciaga. Aldo was exceptional - he was professional, courteous, and informative. We felt guilty because we arrived on a Friday at 4:40 pm, just 20 minutes before the bank closed. “As a financial professional myself, I hold financial institutions to a high standard. I stopped at this branch last week to purchase some currency for travel abroad.
I was so pleased with the service I got. First, they were the only institution I know of in my area that has Euros on hand, no pre-order needed. Second, I’m not an account holder there, so there was a fee but it was minimal, just $10.
Next, the lobby was welcoming and I noted several people working there. That’s a different experience than my personal bank, where few people are ever available. (I mostly do online banking and I have to accommodate my spouse’s preferences or I’d change banks!)
The service was good. Everyone was friendly and I didn’t have to wait too long. Parking was easy. I also noted walking in the door that they proudly display their HRC Equality top 100 status! It speaks to the welcoming environment you can expect.
