“Great gym. About 3 years ago they did a complete makeover and it looked great. Now, they just added and upgraded some of the functional and strength equipment. Nice improvement again.
Not many gyms systematically and routinely modify and/or upgrade their facilities. PF does. That's a huge testament to the caliber of business that they follow to enhance and support their clientele. For a HVLP gym, they really do an amazing job at all locations and nationwide.
The staff at all of the Planets I visit is always 5-star.”

“Same story. Can’t get a hold of anyone to sign up. Tried signing up online got an email saying I missed my appointment on the 17th of October which I signed up on the 25 never had an appointment on the 17th. Was asked do you want to reschedule your appointment? I tried to explained that I never had an appointment and maybe they should look into what happened. No response …followed up with another email …was asked if I wanted to sign up. I said yes …no response. My friend joined and gave owner my information. I got a text message I asked for more information about the gym …no response. I’m just assuming they’re not interested on having any New members.
After writing this review, I received a Text message the very next day. I was happy that she reached out to me and tried to accommodate my request for membership. Although I have already made other arrangements, I still believe that it was an act of common courtesy and acknowledgment and I believe there is hope for a turnaround starting in this new year of 2026.”
