“Today, 7/9/24, I had the pleasure of going to this store. I walked in, noticing that there was a worker not helping a customer, and met a wonderful employee named Nina. I told her my reasoning for being there, and while she was on the phone with customer care, the assistant store manager, Ivette, came and provided service. At the end of it all, I left a very grateful and happy customer.
3 awesome women, full of personality and spirit, Nina, Ivette, and Sheena all gave me service. I truly felt important, and these employees need to be recognized.

“We're a Florida Non Profit organization and Techsoup Member. We have been using the Mobile Beacon Hotspots since 2017 or 18. The service has been excellent and the devices, save one, have performed flawlessly. When we received one hotspot that wouldn't connect Mobile Beacon tech support instructed me to go to a Sprint store, log on to their free wifi and reboot the device. I followed their instructions fully ready to lambast them for sending me on a wild goose chase! To my surprise, the device rebooted and worked perfectly. Mobile Beacon has been a God send to our organization! Thank you Mobile Beacon! :-) AKTEDC”

“The Providence Mall T-Mobile store manager, Barbara and the store staff are the most respectful people that you could find in the T-Mobile stores around Rhode Island. I bought a phone from a store on bald Hill in Warwick and I wanted to return it back, but the Rep in the store did not want to help me he just didn’t care. I called costumer care and They lead me to the store in Providence Place Mall. These guys are amazing. You can trust them and you can definitely come here to buy from them rather than going to stores that will not help you when running into a problem in the future. This is the place where you Mobile phone problems will be all solved. Barbara the store Manager is five stars she is absolutely amazing, thank you Barbara for your help.”

“A year or so ago someone went to this store and tried to buy 4 iPhones and an Apple watch but the manager called me, I was in a meeting, so he called my wife but she was teaching a class so didn't answer, the manager then tried my daughter's number but again got no answer. I was frustrated at the time but now applaud the managers efforts.”

“The service there is a source I've ever seen the staff there are rude and treat you not that well I am eliminating cox and going to Verizon. You are not the only game in town you really didn't look at the needs of the people that come in your staff there seems to think that we are all stupid. “Everyone in store was great, the problem is traveling back and forth over the bridge sitting in traffic, you charges me 100 for tech to come out because your box crap the bed, well a month later and just returned a box not working, but spent 2 hours in traffic, not happy!!!!!
