“Love this place! I have been doing acne studies for a few years now, and I enjoy it. The staff are the kindest people you will ever meet seriously. So welcoming and caring. The place can get a little busy but they make sure to have you in and out. This place is for research studies , so check it out some extra cash and possibly something to help your condition. It's cool and interesting if you have some extra time and would like some extra cash. I recommend this place to everyone, they have studies such as for acne, asthma, copd and other things ! Check it out ! The parking lot is huge so no worries on parking! And it's pretty easy to find the place they have directories everywhere inside this building. Plus the staff will help you find it very easily.”

“Been going here for many years now. The phlebotomist is very efficient, personable, and professional. She really deserves some extra help but she’s very capable and manages the workload very well on her own. Never have to wait very long especially if you go early in the AM. They open at 7AM I believe. I recommend this particular location of the Eastside Lab group over any of the others.”

“Started going here after another lab messed up my bloodwork, the mess up causing my potassium to read very high which is bad for someone with 1 kidney. It was pretty bad because my doctor wanted me to go into the hospital on palliative care. I refused and redid my blood work. And it turned out my blood work was fine. They had left the sample out too long, causing it too clot.”
“I am an extremely anxious person concerning medical procedures, especially needles. I had not done bloodwork since 1999 due to my fears but went today. I was able to walk right in without delay and both phlebotomists were very friendly and professional. Carissa drew my blood and it really was painless and quick with no bruising or marks after. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised and was able to get through it. I will go back to this location anytime! Thank you!”
“I had to get some bloodwork done a little over a month ago and came here, and had probably the most positive experience I’ve ever had in a bloodwork lab. Both of the women behind the desk were extremely sweet and kind, chatting with me and making me feel comfortable. When it was time for my bloodwork, I let the phlebotomist know I get nervous/squeamish and she was so kind— asking me questions and engaging me in conversation so I wouldn’t focus on the blood. And best of all, they were extremely fast and efficient! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes or so. I won’t go anywhere else in the future :) thanks so much yall!”
“Friendly staff. I always make an appointment and I'm always called right on time or maybe even early. Recommend for everyone to make an appointment! It's easy. The touch-screen check-in is a little funky, that's about it.”

“Facility has a slight ramp for entry. Receptionist was friendly and I was directed to a chair with out any waiting. No app was required. I wish I knew of this location earlier.

“If I don’t have to fast to have blood drawnI go between 1 and 4 pm.I’m the ONLY ones there frequently !If you have to fast, you go early and it is crowded. Two workers on at 8 am; only one before that. They do great work!”

“I DREAD getting my blood drawn and have horrible medical anxiety because of it, but for the first time in I can’t tell you how long, the staff here found a vein on the first time and I didn’t cry or pass out. They took great care of me and were mindful of my needs the entire time. I’m so grateful for the experience I had today and now I know where to go when I need labs done in the future. I believe the phlebotomist was a woman named Michelle, she was great. So kind and got it done so quickly.”
“I took my 19 month old daughter in for her first ever blood draw and I can't put into words how impressed we were with the experience. Both phlebotomists were kind, professional, experienced and did everything they could to make sure my daughter was comfortable and at ease which put my fiance and I at ease as well. I would highly recommend this lab to anyone especially if you're looking for a lab that works with children. We will definitely be back.”
“Initially I was disappointed that I'd have to wait 80 minutes as a walk-in to have a blood draw. However, I only waited about half that time, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was excellent for the draw; I didn't even feel the needle go in! I would highly recommend coming here for bloodwork.”
“Very simple procedure from booking an appointment online to the visit. Once I got to the Eddy St location in Providence, the first thing you see is the check-in counter which was simple. Got called out on the exact time I was scheduled for after arriving 5 minutes early. The lady at the front desk was polite and directed me to the room where I had blood drawn. The lady that drew the blood was very polite and helpful. The whole process was quick and I was out in less than 15 minutes. Next day I received results. The report is easy to understand and read through. All in all 5 out of 5 stars!”
