“Been going to Continental my whole life and I love the oldschool feel and knowledgable staff. Do yourself a favor, skip the big box store, support this local family business and head on over to Continental! P.S. miss the grumpy old man and trying to get him to crack a smile. He helped me out and gave me great advice!”

“Jon is absolutely the best at his job. He has an incredible knowledge of golf technology and uses some of the same equipment that tour players use. He also understands the game of golf really well, which is important. I’ve done two fittings there (irons and woods) and am extremely happy with the results. He’s honest with his recommendations and doesn’t try to guide or force you into clubs that wouldn’t work. It’s worth a trip to Rhode Island to get fitted here as opposed to big box golf stores where you likely won’t get as much personal care and attention. Tops!!”

“Great staff, great prices and great turn around time! Was able to get my daughters lacrosse stick restrung (goalie) and they did it on short notice in just 2 days peak season! Plenty of options for string colors, sidewall colors and mesh! Certainly recommend 10x over!”

“I have been a bowler for close to 20 years, it really is a pleasure to come to a store to make a purchase but instead get a free lesson, advice and good conversation and Randy gave me a great deal. I will buy all of my bowling gear here from now on!”

“Recently I returned to this store to exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased that were just not working for me. I found them extremely uncomfortable and they were expensive so as a co-op member I found I could return them for up to one year after purchase. The woman at the counter couldn’t have been more gracious. I asked if I might look at possible shoe options while I was there and do an exchange and she encouraged me to do so. I went to the second level where the shoes and hiking boots are displayed and this is where I found the most helpful, knowledgeable gentleman to assist me. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he is very tall with glasses and has worked there for a long time. I explained that I had had several foot surgeries and required something that would offer both cushioning and support for my repaired appendage and he provided me with three options as well as a supportive insole with a heel cup that would offer added stability. This man was patient, kind, intelligent and very gracious. I ended up making the exchange after trying on all three pair of shoes and found the customer service exceptional in every respect. This is an extraordinary quality for a retail establishment in today’s world and I am beyond grateful. Kudos to these employees and to a store that takes pride not only in its products but in its service! Well done!”

“Super nice people, clean store. On my few visits I've made since getting back into card collecting, I've had a preference for 80s/90s cards and they're very knowledgeable about the different products. My interest is mostly from that time period, but also curious about new cards and have purchased a few boxes as well.”

“Everyone who has an event they need to be dressed for NEEDS to go to Sonyas. I am a huge procrastinator but Sonya and the lovely ladies there helped me find a dress in a very difficult color just in time. They took care of everything and had constant communication with me which gave me a great peace of mind. Forever grateful for them!”
