Great selection of books alongside Blu-rays, DVDs, and CDs, and more. (Would love a greater video game selection! “Worth it for the labor and artistry. I bought an unframed painting on a cruise vacation and went into the shop to have it framed. The owner and I had a 30-45 minute conversation matching the broad colors I had in mind with the framing and background samples she thought would look best. I also got to see her workshop and other works in process, which sold me on the quality of work before I held the finished framed painting in the timeframe I was promised. Payment plans were available; it’s located in the center of Franklin and parking is easy to find.”

“My poor mother and grandmother had to have a verification of address for a company that helps the elderly with their gas. Sadly they received a poor image of the address they needed. can you imagine such a scenario? In a desperate move they came to this location to help print out a legible document. Mom told me they were the most amazing people who gave it their best shot. These folks were patient with my family who are seriously technically uninformed. Thankfully it was a happy ending. Whatever magic that needed to happen worked and my grandmother was approved the help she desperately needed. Thank you so much. My mom told me the whole saga this morning. Writing this review was a pleasure. Please know your help was not only generous but may have been life saving.”

The woman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. She directed me to the closest FedEx shipping facility that could still get my package to its destination by Tuesday. “I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”

So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”
