“PC Tech is the best place in Warwick to get cellphone, tablet, or laptop repairs. I had tried to fix my own MacBook, but chickened out, and bought a non-refundable screen on eBay. PC Tech installed the screen in one day for only $75. I was amazed at the fast turnaround and the friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended”

“OK, so my iPhone the screen cracked went back to replace it spent $126 and now my phone is saying the screen is on recognized. They should know better that they have to use iPhone parts for an iPhone 15 and older and now I’m at the mall waiting for them to open up and they’re late.
So I went back to the mall and I talked to the owner Mike he was very very nice and he fixed my phone costed me another hundred dollars but now my Phone is great and he told me why he was late and I sympathize with him and everything is great. I will go back again. This just goes to show you that just by looking at somebody you don’t know what they’re going through so just have patience. I am trying to learn to.”

“Went to Metro this morning to upgrade our phones at this location, Was was greeted by Shayla, we needed new 5G phones and I wanted hotspot for our boat Shayla was very knowledgeable in what we wanted and needed. We had already been to Metro on Bald Hill road met with a girl wish I could remember her name but I remembered she had purple hair, when I told her what I wanted she said all I needed to do was upgrade my phones. When I asked about Hotspot she said ( Why do you need hotspot when your going to have 5g) didn't make sense to me, plus she made me feel like we were imposing on her empty store. Needless to say thanks to Shayla for her knowledge and patience we're on our boat watching Netflix!”

“I was in desperate need for a new phone as the storage on mine was awful. I went to the West Warwick Metro by T-Mobile because I didn't have the greatest experience at one closer to me. I saw online that this store had great reviews. Christie, the store manager, could not have been any more professional, honest and most importantly kind and funny. She helped me find an upgrade to my phone and was extremely patient in transferring what she could from my old phone to my new phone. Also, while I was there another customer had come in who had recently bought a phone and had been back a few times to ask Christie questions about her phone and Christie was so thorough and patient with her as well! I will 100% recommend Metro by T-Mobile and this store!”

“This is as good as it gets for Walmart. Very large and has a good selection. There is a grocery section, but I am not sure I would trust the produce. Given COVID, I wish they would staff more team members to run the registers so it would help social distancing.”
“If I could give Gyashi 10 stars, I would. My iPhone 11 needed an upgrade ASAP. Walked in and Gyashi helped me upgrade in under 30 minutes. Fast service, attention to detail, expertise knowledge, and walked out satisfied. Thanks again Gyashi!”

“Visited Best Buy to return a laptop that we could not use. It was purchased as a gift for my 5 year old, but beyond her ability in terms of functionality. They were unable to return it without having me sign up for the yearly Best Buy Perks membership, for $55. At first I was annoyed, because I don't often shop for electronics so I probably wouldn't use it much. But in doing this, I exchanged the laptop and purchased a Samsung Galaxy a9+ tablet. The membership is okay, the app gives a lot of discounts and perks to members.”

“In store management is cool and helpful, so i can't ding them for the company they work for, But At&t itself is lacking greatly due to the company size and corporate environment my opinion At&t has definitely lost touch with The customer service experience. With my recent experience It has gone down the toilet . Make your own judgment.....”
