I was locked out of transferring money from my savings account and both the teller and the assistant branch manager both stepped up and gave 100% to assist me with my issue.
I went in on Saturday and first thing Monday morning the issue was solved. Emily Hernandez was so great to work with and I really appreciated her dedication to solving my problem as well as her follow up communication.”

“I love this branch! I'm writing this while making a deposit at the drive-through and specifically because last week I had to go to another bank that is a major chain bank in this area and really did not want to have to physically go in the bank, but I needed more than ATM services....drove to 2 different locations, both drive-throughs closed during the middle of the busy day. Harbor One has always had their drive-through window open during the hours that they state that they do. I think a drive-through being open at a branch is a major reason to even have a branch, so I really appreciate that Harbor One in EP always keeps their drive-through windows open when they say they do. And then, to top, they have excellent and friendly customer service every time:)”

“I love this bank I live closer to another branch but refuse to go there they are rude and don’t know what they are doing but this bank here in East Providence are awesome!! Friendly staff always on point. They are caring, courteous and friendly. I have been with BOA since 1997 I miss the Newport ave Branch in Pawtucket, but this one is super nice quick and people that work there are awesome!! Keep up the good job.”
“I changed to BankRI about 3 years ago from a large bank & I love the relationship I have with the employees on Highland ave East Providence! They seem so excited to see me & are so fast, efficient, & knowledgeable! They have been a great help with my home line of credit & help me with my business aspect of that end! I even have investments within their commonwealth financial network with Kristen which has done very well! I would highly recommend trying them out, you won’t regret it! Oh yes the big bank approached me to try to get my business back!
