“Hello, I am writing this review on behalf of my Mom, Frances Lowell who is a customer of Harbor One East. She is 88 years old and has been using the bank in Pawtucket, RI for over 15 years. On Tuesday 4/28/25 she went into Harbor One very stressed out because two of her checks did not make it to the intended recipients. The tellers were so very nice even though I was difficult to work with in her current state. They went above and beyond to help her going over her account multiple times trying to explain it to her. Joshua Aciz, Amanda Mendonca and Asia Colon. She wants to recommend Harbor One to al of her friends and family because of the great customer service and the level of patience that they showed to her. All was resolved upon her departure.”
