“This place is so welcoming and has quite the selection! My dog Baxter loves their pupcakes and the duck chew sticks. Ordered a cake for his birthday and they had many examples of cakes they've done previously to browse through. They really do put your pup first with great prices!”

“This is such a gem of store! So many handmade goodies- collars, leashes, bow ties, bows, harnesses, and the cutest dog bakery items! They even carry some of our pups favorite toy and treat brands! The owner and the other shop girl were so lovely- couldn’t recommend stopping by enough!”

“We cannot say enough great things about this store. My boyfriend bought his first bird there when he was a child and brought me after we bought our own birds. The selection alone would draw any bird parent, as there's nothing of the size in this area. The owners are a dedicated family that have years of experience in bird care, and are always happy to discuss our pets care. Today we ordered items to be shipped to us this time instead of visiting the store. We were shocked when the owners dropped our order to our home themselves a few hours after, since they already were in the area, and as we are having car troubles we could not have appreciated it more! Not many businesses these days go above & beyond consistently and have such a great mission! We truly love supporting & shopping there. They are always respectful, friendly, and attentive to all customers. In addition they board birds, offer grooming sessions, and work with an Avian vet. If you have a bird and you love them, we recommend shopping here! There is also a wide variety of products for care of other pets in your family too, so give them a try!”

Staff saved my dog’s life and gave her the best care with amazing amounts of care and compassion.
They explained everything to me so that I was able to make difficult decisions with confidence. My dog was in the very best hands (and hearts).
Their pricing was by far the most affordable without compromising quality of care. In fact, they provided far better care than any other (much more expensive) vet I have previously used.
I could not recommend this vet more highly.

“We have been bringing our dog Mulligan to BFF for three and a half years. There is nowhere else I would trust with his care, especially for overnights when my family travels.
We even moved 35 minutes away two years ago and have continued using BFF resort as our doggy daycare as nowhere else can compare. Mulligan absolutely lights up whenever we ask him if “he wants to see his friends?”.
There is an orientation and process to getting your pup enrolled, but it is SO WORTH IT. Trust their process and know they are experts at what they do and keeping your dog safe!

“Mourning the loss of our 16 yr old Zuchon, we Went there half hr before closing because we saw the cutest Bichon online. The girl was preparing to close but reluctantly let us in and let us visit and we knew we had to take him home. Despite it being 5:50 (I figured she would say come back tomorrow) but she checked us out and by 5:59 we left with our adorable new puppy. Big bag of dogfood, certificates and vaccines all in hand. Place was clean and full of adorable puppies!! He was grateful to go home with us and slept through the night quietly in his new crate at home.”

“The hot water at this Tractor Supply dog wash has been broken for so long it’s basically a historical landmark now. They still offer the dog wash like it’s normal, except it’s just an unexpected ice bath for your pet. My dog now trusts me less as a person.”
“Fast unload, overnight parking on the street, took me longer find the check in door than it did to get empty. If you park overnight wake up and be ready at 3am. I was told the security guard comes out and checks you in. Otherwise you need to walk to the door, which has no signs and is on the opposite side of the building, past the dumpster.”

“Today I walked into petco looking for assistance for a dog harness. The manager Chris was so helpful and pleasant. Chris reajusted my dogs harness for no charge. Chris also saved me money as well as some great training tips for my new pup. I really appreciate all the time he took to help me. Chris is a great manager and really cares for the customer and their fur babies.”

“Very good place to deliver. Don't get there before 6:00 a.m., however I was there at 7:00 a.m. for my 8:00 a.m. appointment and I left at 7:30. They were very nice people to deal with also .
As a driver I would take exit 20 off of 295 go south on Mendon Road and turn right on the Martin, they are on your right hand side about quarter mile down the road.”
