“I suppose that I've grown accustomed to Navy Federal Credit Unions overseas, but I absolutely love this location: it's convenient, rarely crowded, and has Saturday morning hours. The latter makes it so convenient for those of us that are detained, or otherwise indisposed during the hectic work week. There are two ATMs here -- a drive through and one on the entrance.”
“Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Machines come in looking fantastic. Everything is clean and ready to go. Delivery was as smooth as it could have gone. They listen to exactly what you need and completely customize machines to fit what you want. The entire company is extremely extremely efficient when working on machines and can answer any and every question you have. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would give more than 5/5 starts if I could. Totally recommended!!”

“I switched from Citizens Bank because of their lack of customer service and the amount of fees they were charging my account as well as my business account. So much better when you have a bank when you walk in the door and you're a first name basis with everyone and if you even have hard times they understand the not goning to keep penalizing you. They understand the small business person!”
“I have been very pleased with this bank. It has four arms. Two in the drive thru, one in the entry way and the other inside the branch. The atms also spit out various denominations besides just 20's. I have easily made withdrawals and deposits at the teller, with them all being easily accommodating. When I got married and changed my name they made that process seem less and easy. Each individual that I have encountered at this location has been pleasant even on the busiest of days!”
“Best bank I've ever had. Closed my acct with another big bank and they bought my old debit card for $25 or $50 at the time (though that deal may no longer be available.) If you care, they have coffee and the newspaper there too every day which is nice if youre passing thru to do your banking for the day. And the tellers here are absolutely fantastically kind and easy to work with unlike any bank I've been to before. I refer all my friends and family here.”

“I had such a lovely experience at this bank today. I literally walked in and asked the teller “how do I do this? I haven’t been in a bank in years.” Honestly, I do all my banking online and it was just a very nice human experience. I told them I was going on vacation and needed lots of small bills and another teller told me to get $2 bills because the Caribbean bartenders love to be tipped with them! The manager came out and helped order me a new debit card. Everyone was all smiles and super helpful. A+ customer service, all banking should be a delightful part of the day and not a dreaded errand!!”

“I have read all the reviews on this branch and I can say that my last experience was with the drive thru, so it was seamless....I pulled in, punched in my code and got my cash within a minute...Drove off.But I know people that have been to this branch and found the customer service to be poor and not very well trained. “The Jamestown RI location was renovated a couple of years ago to add a second drive-thru lane and new, enclosed ATM. The renovation also includes a new handicapped accessible teller window inside. There are a couple of customer service offices, the obligatory desk with deposit and withdrawal forms and the little pens on chains, free coffee for patrons and the local paper in the waiting area. Depending on the day and time, there are two to five employees working the windows. As the island is a summer, tourist destination, the lines can be pretty long between June and September but the staff always seem to have a ready smile and friendly hello. They really have a good team at this location (at all the locations I've been to actually!) who work together to keep the lines moving. Deposits, withdrawals, questions about your account, ordering foreign currency, bank checks, and more, the staff is very helpful. If you have an account with Bank Newport, you can use the coin counter at this location for no fee too!”
