Who happened to assist in the transaction confirming that correct steps were followed.
I didn’t catch the supervisors name. But they must continue to on within the company and show by example. How to deal with customers and most importantly how to treat them.

“I suppose that I've grown accustomed to Navy Federal Credit Unions overseas, but I absolutely love this location: it's convenient, rarely crowded, and has Saturday morning hours. The latter makes it so convenient for those of us that are detained, or otherwise indisposed during the hectic work week. There are two ATMs here -- a drive through and one on the entrance.”

“This branch of Santander bank in Newport is one of the most convenient for locals and tourists. It's located in the heart of Thames street where most of the main restaurants, shops and bars are located. I went to use their ATM but the location also offers in person branch banking services. “I had such a lovely experience at this bank today. I literally walked in and asked the teller “how do I do this? I haven’t been in a bank in years.” Honestly, I do all my banking online and it was just a very nice human experience. I told them I was going on vacation and needed lots of small bills and another teller told me to get $2 bills because the Caribbean bartenders love to be tipped with them! The manager came out and helped order me a new debit card. Everyone was all smiles and super helpful. A+ customer service, all banking should be a delightful part of the day and not a dreaded errand!!”

“This is the first place I went to open a checking account when I moved to the area. The branch manager, Lori, is a consummate professional, dedicated to delivering the best possible service and providing creative solutions. The other professionals at this location, Jill, Stephanie, just to name a couple are amazing. Everyone always has a smile and does their best to be friendly and helpful. If I could change one thing, it would be to add push notifications to their banking app. This has zero reflection on the bank's service and stellar staff. Keep up the great work! Thank you.”
