I told the sales rep Desiree I'm not leaving unless I drive a truck home. And she came through for me. I picked up a 23 Colorado. Gorgeous truck. She made sure I was going home with it. She was the best. Friendly and committed to make sure I went home with the truck. I highly suggest you buy from Hurd!”

“Jack was recommended by the service manager at Kaplan Jaguar in Warwick. Evidently he worked there for many years before opening his current shop. Essentially she said, "If it's your vintage Jaguar, there's nobody on the planet better equipped to service it." She was right. Although he's a hour away from me, it was well worth the trip. My current (and also a very capable) mechanic wasn't able to diagnose my problem because his scanner couldn't read the Jaguar system. I called Jack and brought the car out there for him to diagnose. He called back within a couple hours and told me what the problem was; what was needed to fix it and how much it would cost. He uses nothing but Jaguar OEM parts and he kept the car for three days as he waited for the parts to arrive. He was within $7 of his estimated price; showed me the parts he took out and the problem was fixed. It was not inexpensive, but repairs to this Jaguar never are. He is professional, but extremely friendly. He explains everything he will need to do in a way non-mechanics (like me) understand and his shop is immaculate. As I was leaving, he informed me of a small leak he noticed in the transmission pan and told me what was needed to fix that and suggested I take care of that before it becomes an issue. A $900 repair now is much better than a $7000 transmission replacement down the road. I'll have him take care of that as well. I am completely satisfied in his work and his manner.
