I was a little surprised by the new connection fee or Sims fee when there was no new Sim included. I was advised just to swap it out from the old phone that wasn't present. Seems pretty fishy to me, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt.”

“I went to Flint to get advice and information on how to improve my wi-fi connectivity at my house. They told me to check the modem first, and then the router; at that point I had bought nothing from them. The modem was shot, so I replaced it; however, after that, the router still did not have the required capacity on all the house's levels. I went back to the store and they advised me to buy an Eero mesh router. Their prices were the same or better than buying online, so I purchased them there. I now have INCREDIBLE wi-fi all over the house -- a tenfold increase over what I had with the old router (179+ Mbps versus 13-14 Mbps!!). I'm finally getting the wi-fi I've been paying for! These guys are great!”

The retail world needs more workers like her I did forget to mention that she always has a smile on her face. The management and owner of that 7Eleven are lucky to have an employee like this.”
