“Been a t-mobile customer for 20 years. Recently upgraded a line at this location with no trouble. Staff where friendly and communicative. I was a little surprised by the new connection fee or Sims fee when there was no new Sim included. I was advised just to swap it out from the old phone that wasn't present. Seems pretty fishy to me, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt.”

“I have used Cox for many years for phone, internet, and tv. I have found the services to be reliable and fast, with many fewer glitches than other options. Cox has also been very responsive and helpful when the rare problem does occur. My only criticism is that I find it to be expensive. It's my largest utility bill by quite a bit. They should develop less expensive packages.”
