“Charles and Brad were awesome to my wife and I when we were there Friday night and Saturday morning. They made our change over from Tmoble to Cox so easy and carefree. Impeccable customer service. I came in late on a Friday night and my transfer from my old phone to new was going to take 2.5 hours and it was 530 when Charles started. You guys close at 6. Charles and Brad were willing to stay until it was completed. I decided to let the transfer go and left it overnight. Now that's awesome customer service. Thank Charles and Brad. You guys are great.
