“The customer service rep knew where to find the phone charging cable I needed. USB A to C and knew there was a display in the store to show me that it would work on my phone. When I mentioned how pricey it was, she explained that it was warrantied for life, unlike the one that came with my phone. She also explained how to fill out the warranty. Super service in my book.”
