“I recently visited Tacto due to some gear-pulling issues with my Audi. Although the owner couldn't accommodate me the same day, he promptly scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I returned with my children, he took my car in first thing and made sure we were comfortable during the wait.

The service was outstanding. The owner was both knowledgeable and friendly, quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem. The repair was done efficiently, and the price was very reasonable. “My engine cover came off , actually hanging on by one screw and scraping along the road close by Sullivans’.I pulled in a few minutes before closing . Rick the mechanic ,took it off in minutes, it was not salvageable. I was concerned leaving the underside engine exposed . I went back next day to tip Rick. He had found a replacement in the shop . Perfect fit for my Honda. Got it on and he dbl checked my breaks, too. No charge ! He and Casey , ( inside at desk) are perfect gentlemen. I said I would spread the word about their great service!! Frank Dwyer has been doing this for an extended and extremely long time.
The mechanics like Keith haven’t seen anything they don’t know how to repair or replace as well.
Also, one of the Best front office staff, Molly, is the best. She totally knows what she is doing and if she doesn’t have an answer she will find it and call you back in just a few minutes. Molly is a total asset to Kent’s and I sincerely hope she stays with them.
In closing, if you live on the Island or not, Kent’s Alignment is the very place you need to bring your vehicle to for repairs, diagnostics (yes, it costs money to figure things out, none of us would ever want to work for free) and your inspection.”

“It's a good place to work on your own vehicle. There are a few tools put out for use. But, you're better off bringing your own. The attendant runs a tight ship and makes sure everybody does their part to keep the place nice.”
