“I utilized their storage for about 3 years. Started off clean and great as it was a new building but has recently started to go downhill as the mice population been increasing in the building. When I cleaned out my unit I noticed many mice droppings in my unit.”
“While the facility is copy/paste, I have to give a special shout out to Lynn. Went in yesterday to set up my unit. Stuck in the location alone, Lynn managed to deal with me, another customer who had issues with the digital rental process and the fire department due to someone who was utilizing their space in an unsafe manner. Never have I recieved such above and beyond level of professionalism and hospitality in a time of such pressure. The world would be a better place if every store, gas station, restaurant, warehouse, and hotel had a Lynn. Completely outstanding experience even when the situation was less than ideal. She handled my issues and ensured that I left satisfied and willing to return. Zero complaints, and if there were a 6th star, I would have selected it for this review. Employees like Lynn are invaluable.”

But once I walked inside I was helped immediately and brought straight to my storage unit and shown where I can access the elevator for all my belongings! What a staff over there very polite, fast, and efficient. Give John extra credit.”

“Mike was most hospitable. Moving is tremendously stressful but Mike was so helpful. Importantly I was moving from a rental and purchasing and doing a gut reno. I finished ahead of time and went over to get my stuff. I also got an emailed bill that day. I asked Mike if I needed to pay it and he said if I am leaving today no. 100% I would have paid that and thought nothing of it. I appreciated his honesty. So many businesses are trying to make an extra buck when they can.”
“I have to give James, Mike, and Kyle, a 5+ star review. They came in and helped me after I had an extremely bad experience with another moving company. These 3 gentlemen due to my assisted in packing and moving me due to my physical limitations. I do not want to be bash the other company. If they had completed what I was told and had not left my electrical adjustable bed, plastic wrapped because they could not disassemble it, I would not be writing this review.Less than 48 hr notice 3 men showed and completely moved me. They disassembled my adjustable bed and reassembled it with everything operational.To some people an adjustable bed may seem a luxury but for me, it is a necessity due to having a degenerative spine. I had been sleeping on the floor or a couch for three evenings, leaving me hunched over, dependent upon an ambulating device. These 3 men not only moved me they helped restore me to the functional condition I was at prior to sleeping on the couch/floor. If you have the opportunity to work with this 3 man crew you will be truly blessed. I know they were a blessing to me. There is not enough that I can say, or enough that I could do to say thank you to James, Mike, and Kyle. I wish you.3 men a blessed holiday season. Mike, be sure to enjoy that very handsome four year-old son of yours. Thank you guys so very much.”

“I started off annoyed with my auction but but then I was assisted by Kim (normally works in Cranston’s location) and she was great, changed my whole day around and was wicked helpful assisting me. For the first time buying an auction unit, I couldn’t ask for a better person to show me and explained to me what needed to be done.”

“My second time renting from them within a 2 year span. Always competitive prices and professional, friendly staff. One problem this time however, not a single cart ANYWHERE. It was freezing 2 days after Xmas and my 3 helpers looked everywhere albeit QUICKLY! Not one. Renters need to be encouraged to bring them BACK downstairs or staff via their elaborate camera system ought to assist in retrieving them. Biggg inconvenience for us with a 3rd floor unit and 55+ bones but we got it done. Hopefully when I come remove a few things shortly, there will be carts available. Otherwise? Clean, safe place.
Edit: So, as we all know, David is fantastic. I returned to remove items from storage and he remembered me and was apologetic about the carts. He also held onto my I.D. that I mindlessly left behind on the initial visit. There were carts today and new company signs and I was more than satisfied with his apology, explanation ( customers keep the carts upstairs) and his professionalism. Just an all around fantastic rep for Prime Storage. I’ll be back and it’s the only location I honestly recommend.”

“This place was so clean & the staff went above and beyond!! We were not how long we needed the unit. But the gentleman who set us up let us know that there would be a price increase after three months so we opted to save money and extend our lease for a year!! The other gentleman who assisted us when we checked out, made it so easy!! it’s a very clean and very secure facility to keep anything you need there would definitely recommend”

“Since Paul has taken over managing the facility it is night and day-clean, organized, and appropriately climate controlled. When there is an issue we are immediately informed and it is resolved as quickly as possible.”
“I visited this store with minimal information and a poor understanding of the storage leasing process. The manager, Sean was able to take some time and explain things in detail. I was a bit impressed he was able to answer every question I asked, quickly and in a manner which made sense. I will be returning and leasing/ renting at this facility in the future. -Chris M”
“I’m only leaving 4 Stars because I don’t wanna make the workers feel bad. They are both very nice and very helpful. Kim and Lynn are lovely but this location is a disaster. How can you have two carts in a location this big?!!! Everyone brings their own carts and there’s only two available have to sign them in and out from the building. This is not cohesive with other public locations. My other storage unit has eight cards available to anyone at any time honestly, I should be leaving two or three stars because the owners of this facility are slacking on us. I do not appreciate the lack of care put into this project. It’s genuinely crazy and driving me crazy I keep on lending my cards to other people because I don’t want others to suffer get more carts please thank you very much. I’m trying to be polite, but this is nuts.”

They have a repeat customer for life .”
