My one critique is that there have been spiders building webs on and between my belongings, providing for a creepy, messy surprise during visits to the unit. A little bit of dust/debris also rains from the ceiling.”

“Completed a rapid rental online the night before for a 5x10 unit. Showed up and began moving in and quickly realized I did not get a large enough space. Walked into the office and Jim was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my initial unit refunded, and a new lease signed for a larger unit. He even honored the online special pricing for the larger unit even though it was my mistake, the rest was seamless and I got moved in without an issue. Would recommend just on the customer service alone.”
