I shop in the store ever other week or so for items big (gas grills - they deliver ), replacement screens for the windows (professional job), bird food, potting soil, grass seed and the many small items that are always just what I need. When a contractor was doing some plumbing work in our home he needed a special valve and was as stunned to find the valve he needed at the Ace Hardware Cumberland. Evidently many other homes in the area were built with the same unusual design so the owners of the Ace Hardware stocked it. The previous owners provided excellent service and the new owners are wonderful as well. We need this business in our community. Stop in to Ace Hardware 1st before looking elsewhere, they probably have just what you need.”

“My work truck had issues with the plow hydraulics after the last storm. Vinny and his crew were able to get it in fast and get it finished even faster. I had it back within a day with new hoses. All of the people I dealt with were personable and had good spirits to them. They kept me updated on the progress and called to ask before doing any work they found on the plow. Would definitely recommend this shop and I'm glad my company chose them to work with.”

“After shopping around for kitchen cabinets, we found that Home Outlet in Warwick, RI was 1/3 of the price that other places were charging for the same thing. I walked in with my kitchen/pantry measurements and received a free design from Chris with no appointment necessary. I’m very picky and he sat with me for almost 2 hours with a smile on his face making sure the kitchen layout was designed to my liking. It was so cool seeing him design my kitchen on the big screen right behind him so that I was able to really visualize everything. The store manager, David, was a pleasure to work with and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns that came up right away. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. We just completed a full renovation on our 70-year old home and working with Home Outlet was one of the few positive experiences we’ve had throughout the process and it was actually my favorite part! I love my kitchen…Thank you guys so much!”

It's a bit messy and disorganized but has surprisingly everything if you do some digging! I found the 1-1/2 to 3/4 galvanized pipe bushing that Lowe's does not stock and Home Depot only carries at their larger locations like Warwick!
This place is a raw gem!”
