“This place is amazing. I walked in expecting to just look at some shoes and pick out a pair I liked, and I got a whole experience. The nicest gentleman measured my feet and how I walked and sought out various pairs for me to try that would suit my needs and me individually. After trying a few on I found the most comfortable sneakers I've ever worn. It was so cool and neat and as a DA thats on her feet all day having a comfy shoe that fits well is everything. I learned so much and would highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit!”

“My time at Pinnacle Firearms was an amazing experience. Dennis is an outstanding instructor who is very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. Anytime he was explaining anything whether in the classroom or on the range. He was very clear and left no confusion. Many of his tips personally helped me accurately shoot my weapon at the range. But also in the classroom if I ever had a question or hypothetical to understanding the laws of firearms, Dennis made himself very easy to talk to, and very much encouraged questioning. I would highly encourage people to take his firearms courses, truly an outstanding instructor.”

“Jon is absolutely the best at his job. He has an incredible knowledge of golf technology and uses some of the same equipment that tour players use. He also understands the game of golf really well, which is important. I’ve done two fittings there (irons and woods) and am extremely happy with the results. He’s honest with his recommendations and doesn’t try to guide or force you into clubs that wouldn’t work. It’s worth a trip to Rhode Island to get fitted here as opposed to big box golf stores where you likely won’t get as much personal care and attention. Tops!!”

“Amazing customer service! I came here today looking for a pair of the white cargo shorts they've been selling all summer. I really like their cargo shorts because they're quality and worth the money! They didn't have my size and all the shorts were on clearance. The super helpful woman on the sales floor offered to call the Olneyville location and see if they had them in stock. Not only did that location have the size I was looking for, but they also offered to hold them for me until I got to the store! I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit!”
“I have used Ray's most recently for youth hockey gloves, and skate sharpening. The skates are always perfectly done, and the gloves were at a better price than other retailers. The staff is very polite and helpful and Ray is something of a local hockey encyclopedia. I enjoy the time I spend in this shop.”

Then went into the aisles so many choices and also found some beautiful sketchers (more than I have ever spent for sneakers) so I bought 2 pair...I couldn't decide and have heard it is good to rotate shoes...”

“I placed an online order after finding this store had the exact pair of shoes and size my son wanted. I didn't know the store was even in this Shopping Center. (Never noticed it before). The store was well lit inside, looked organized, and was nicely presented. My order was right behind the front counter. I gave them my name, they handed me my purchase, and I left. “My husband and I frequent this store often. We purchase shoes or sneakers not only for ourselves but for our grandchildren as well. On our last visit, we were greeted by a very friendly associate whom we had never seen before. His name is Vu. We told him that we were looking for arch supporting slides for my husband and comfortable sandals for myself for our vacation. Vu went over and above with helping us not only by finding two pairs for my husbands size 13 feet but showed us how we can use the bogo deal with purchasing my sandals. We are so very happy with our purchases (2 pairs for each of us). Vu also saved us more money by asking for my rewards and using our frequent shopping trip coupons and birthday coupon. Vu’s friendly and helpful customer service was refreshing in the world we are living in. He needs to be commended by the store owner and manager for his outstanding professionalism and customer service. We will continue to make this Famous Footwear location our go to.”

“Been loyal customers since 1996. Purchased a one piece ski suit then snd it’s the warmest outerwear I own! And it still looks brand new! This year we purchased a pair of bibbed ski pants, valued at $199, on sale for $4.99!!! Never go anywhere else for winter clothing and I don’t even ski, but outside snow blowing and playing with the dogs all the time! Quality doesn’t have to mean expensive!”
