They had most parts already in stock, including small parts, but my luck ran out and one was out of stock with more on order. They offered to order it for me, if I wanted something specific, but the owner went out of his way to search his personal armory toolbox and comp me the used (in like new condition) part for free with the other items I purchased. “Amazing customer service! I came here today looking for a pair of the white cargo shorts they've been selling all summer. I really like their cargo shorts because they're quality and worth the money! They didn't have my size and all the shorts were on clearance. The super helpful woman on the sales floor offered to call the Olneyville location and see if they had them in stock. Not only did that location have the size I was looking for, but they also offered to hold them for me until I got to the store! I wish I knew her name so I could give her credit!”

“I have used Ray's most recently for youth hockey gloves, and skate sharpening. The skates are always perfectly done, and the gloves were at a better price than other retailers. The staff is very polite and helpful and Ray is something of a local hockey encyclopedia. I enjoy the time I spend in this shop.”
