I bought a phone from a store on bald Hill in Warwick and I wanted to return it back, but the Rep in the store did not want to help me he just didn’t care. I called costumer care and They lead me to the store in Providence Place Mall. These guys are amazing. I told her my reasoning for being there, and while she was on the phone with customer care, the assistant store manager, Ivette, came and provided service. “Had a great experience with Jonathan at the Boost Mobile store on Lonsdale Avenue. Just bought a new iPhone 15 and took it to the store for activation. There was some difficulty because my service is through Boost Infinite which is somewhat different from the regular Boost Mobile. Jonathan opened a chat with customer service and got them to send me an e-sim which allowed me to activate the new phone. Really appreciate the time he took to do this even while dealing with other customers.”
