“We cannot say enough great things about this store. My boyfriend bought his first bird there when he was a child and brought me after we bought our own birds. The selection alone would draw any bird parent, as there's nothing of the size in this area. The owners are a dedicated family that have years of experience in bird care, and are always happy to discuss our pets care. Today we ordered items to be shipped to us this time instead of visiting the store. We were shocked when the owners dropped our order to our home themselves a few hours after, since they already were in the area, and as we are having car troubles we could not have appreciated it more! Not many businesses these days go above & beyond consistently and have such a great mission! We truly love supporting & shopping there. They are always respectful, friendly, and attentive to all customers. In addition they board birds, offer grooming sessions, and work with an Avian vet. If you have a bird and you love them, we recommend shopping here! There is also a wide variety of products for care of other pets in your family too, so give them a try!”
“i brought my 5 month old puppy here after a horrible experience with grooming at pet smart and will never go anywhere else now! not only are the grooming services amazing, every single staff member is beyond kind. the stock of all different products they sell and self wash station is also a huge plus!”

They always have great selection, good sales, and I can get through the store without having to run through 49 different departments to get what I want.”
“During my hunt for a reptilian companion, I visited countless shops. What I learned during this time is that reptile shop owners are not friendly unless they're making a sale. However, the gentleman who owns Sabrina's wasn't pushy or rude. He was a professional, knowledgeable, and personable guy. “Can not believe the amazing service provided to us at this location by both employees working this morning. I have a reactive dog but very much wanted to use the self washing stations. They made this experience so easy and so amazing for both me and my dogs. Honestly anytime I’ve ever been here they have been so good but today blew me away. I’m so grateful for people like them. All the while they had an adoption event going on. I can not say thank you enough! Best pet supplies store ever!”

“I had come into Rumford looking for a particular type of litter I was asked to get by my vet so they could do some tests on my cat. After speaking with the employee at the register and going through the aisle together, it seemed they sadly didn't have what I was looking for. However, they were very knowledgeable and offered me a couple alternatives they used with their on pet that I could try instead to basically get the results I was looking for. I am delighted to say it worked perfectly and I am very thankful for the employee's help! I really wish I had decided to take the receipt so I could name the person who helped me out in this review but instead, I'll just say: thank you to the sweet young person with glasses working Monday evening that helped me over by the litter!I will definitely be coming back for the amazing selection, great prices, and wonderfully sweet staff.”
“I wish I could give the Home of Paws 10 stars! My Husky has been going there for almost four years now, and she LOVES it! As soon as I ask her if she is ready to go to HOP, she runs to the door and starts spinning in excitement. The people there are wonderful, and the owners are just the best.I love the constant pictures and videos they share of my pup. AS a dog lover, I also enjoy the ones of the other pups, as well. :-)My dog has food sensitivities, but loves to eat lunch with her fur-ends and to get an end-of-day treat. I bring in a container of her special food and treats, and they make sure that is what she gets when she is there.For a short time I had to send her to a different daycare due to a job change. The difference in my dog's behavior was noticeable. She was never as excited to go and did not come home like she had an enjoyable day. I brought her back to the HOP, and her excitement returned.And, the staff and owners are great! It's nice to walk in and to have staff and the owners ask about your day, events you have in your life.”

“This is my go-to pet store and has been for a very long time. When I was a teenager and young adult, this was the best place for reptile care and information; I remember the workers here making me feel at home with all of my animal care questions and concerns. I moved away from home for a few years and have since returned in my early 30's, and I am so happy to report that the same sentiments apply.
I currently have 3 cats, a dog, a goose, several chickens, and some exotics- and although I cannot get my livestock needs met here, this location is phenomenal with my domestic and exotic pet needs. From feeders for my invertebrates to cat litter and dog kibble, this Petco location is an amazing and convenient store location. My only feedback is that I wish that they carried waterfowl and poultry items, as well as having the cricket counter near their aquatics section manned a little more attentively [I always have to find somebody to assist with that; they don't want you self-serving at the cricket counter but then I always end I waiting for a long time before finding an attendant on my own]
This store is always clean and friendly in every way; I am also a trans man and I feel 100% comfortable shopping here in that regard.

“BFF is incredible; I can't say enough good things about them. Extremely easy and convenient drop off and pick up. Flexible hours and 24/7 overnight option with staff always present in the building. They send video and picture updates throughout the day and post on social media. All of the dogs seem to love it there and our dog is no exception, he is so excited to go every day he can't wait to get out of the car! The staff is kind and thoughtful and you can tell that this is the place you would trust to take care of your dog with the utmost love and care.”
“The owner has always guided me with my aquarium needs. From saltwater fish, corals, RO water, tank maintenance. His tanks are well maintained and he always has a great selection of fresh and saltwater fish. I have never had an issue with any corals or fish that I have purchased.
Thursday’s are his busiest days. So, if you go on a Friday you most likely won’t have a big selection to choose from. He’s so nice and honest. You can’t get any better than this guy!”
“I've had dogs my whole life, after the last passed, and with my schedule, I decided to adopt a cat. I went into to petco to just look around and pick up a few things. I did not expect the great conversation and all of the wonderful advice and tips I got from Danielle. She answered all my (stupid) questions and even during a pretty busy time when she had to step away she made sure to come back over and check on me often. Awesome customer service, will be returning.”

“When you arrive, the door to receive the loads is all the way to the back, passing the blue domper, it can be confusing because it does not have Receiver signs, but that's it, you enter and deliver documents. The service is quick and then you have your door. Downloading is fast too.”

“I have been buying collars and harnesses from Up Country since my pup, Pippa, came home with me seven years ago from the Springfield Humane Society. They are high quality, fun, and reflect her personality. Yesterday her cherry blossom and Halloween sets arrived and she almost has one for every month of the year!”
“The only pet store we would go to. We got some dog training from a guy named Nick. He did a great job and came and helped me when I had questions about my puppy. I specifically book the class with him. They do require you to have your dog's paperwork. Especially if you're taking it in for service or training. So keep that in mind and make sure to sign up for the rewards app. You end up getting $5 back every amount that you spend. Between the rewards and the friendly service there we go there as much as possible. There is also a nice man in the front register. I will have to update with his name. He is always very friendly and complimentary.”

“I cannot say enough about this place. EVERYONE from the girl who answered my frantic phone call, to the front desk, vet techs and the surgeon who did the emergency surgery on Gemma and the tech who pulled her drain. Each and everyone of them were so kind and compassionate. They made a very scary situation ALOT easier. Hopefully Gemma will be healed enough on Thursday to have her staples removed and we will NEVER have to go back again. But definitely will be where I'd bring her again if she ever needs emergency help.”
