“Huge selection of bird items, more than I have ever seen at any other store. Their prices were very good, even better than at the big box stores.Though they did try to sell me a cage they said was good for guinea pigs even though it was not a cage appropriate for pigs. Multi-tiered cages are dangerous for piggies.”

Our pup is a super handful and they have helped her--and us--so much. She's been in puppy day school, educational pup care, and we've taken multiple classes and will keep doing so. In our travels with our pup we've met lots of caring and terrific doggo professionals in this tough and demanding industry, but Crossbones is absolutely tops.”

“Never had an issue bringing in my dog to use the self wash station, staff is chilled l, and friendly. Everything you need from clean towels, apron, shampoo, conditioner, even treats, etc. to get the job done. Can't beat 13 bucks. I recommend using this conditioner. You'll thank me later!”

“BFF is incredible; I can't say enough good things about them. Extremely easy and convenient drop off and pick up. Flexible hours and 24/7 overnight option with staff always present in the building. They send video and picture updates throughout the day and post on social media. All of the dogs seem to love it there and our dog is no exception, he is so excited to go every day he can't wait to get out of the car! The staff is kind and thoughtful and you can tell that this is the place you would trust to take care of your dog with the utmost love and care.”
“I wish I could give the Home of Paws 10 stars! My Husky has been going there for almost four years now, and she LOVES it! As soon as I ask her if she is ready to go to HOP, she runs to the door and starts spinning in excitement. The people there are wonderful, and the owners are just the best.I love the constant pictures and videos they share of my pup. AS a dog lover, I also enjoy the ones of the other pups, as well. :-)My dog has food sensitivities, but loves to eat lunch with her fur-ends and to get an end-of-day treat. I bring in a container of her special food and treats, and they make sure that is what she gets when she is there.For a short time I had to send her to a different daycare due to a job change. The difference in my dog's behavior was noticeable. She was never as excited to go and did not come home like she had an enjoyable day. I brought her back to the HOP, and her excitement returned.And, the staff and owners are great! It's nice to walk in and to have staff and the owners ask about your day, events you have in your life.”

“Thank you, Masha!!!! I was traveling by car today back to PA from Cape Cod, MA and was thrilled to find a Petco in Mansfield, MA with very clean restrooms. One of my dogs wears diapers (Bella Beagle) and has a stroller so the fact that the restroom was handicapped accessible made it so much easier for changing her and also for a quick, safe stop for myself. My other dog was able to be with us without incident and I have to say, it makes such a difference when traveling. Bailey is a jrt mix. She really needed a nail trim. I have never had any of my pets' nails done at Petco previously. Our veterinarian is located in PA. I remembered that our vet uses the "Petly" app to keep current immunization records, etc. Masha was so kind. She entered both dogs in the system. It turned out that because Bella is on Gabapentin and is unable to walk without assistance, they were unable to trim her nails; however, Bailey had the best experience!! Most places I have been to won't take walk ins. This was just such an incredibly positive experience. Masha said she's been working for Petco for six months. Not only is she phenomenally skilled with dogs, she has superb customer service skills. Another outstanding employee was Kevin. He was very friendly and spent time petting both dogs as Masha patiently waited for me to get the necessary immunization information of of the "Petly" app our veterinarian uses. He remembered both dogs names and really made me feel welcome and like doing business there was a pleasure. When I first entered the building I did pass several employees who were focused on their work. It was definitely appreciated to have special attention. It really makes a difference. I purchased more than I would have because of the positivity I felt.”

“I'm adopting a dog for the first time and needed a lot of help selecting the best items. Devin was the associate who devoted a solid 30 minutes to doing just that. And she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. One quick example: I picked out a fluffy and cute dog bed. Without bursting my bubble, Devin politely pointed out that, given my circumstances, the dog might tear it up (depending on anxiety level) and so forth. Huh. Never thought of that! So, again, I'm grateful that she gave me such expert advice and helped to set me up for success as a new pet parent!”

“I have to say for this small little local couple they really pull through and make you feel special, I needed some ID Cards for my dog and didnt know how to go about doing it, to my surprise these folks were right in my own back yard. Maggie Explained everything to me step by step and I was able to make the proper selection. Nick and maggie both showed up at my door and hand delivered my ID tags, and even refunded me the shipping costs. Very Kind and Professional. God bless the both of you. “Iris and the kids were amazing with the adoption process/visit. The shelter itself is very clean. My boyfriend and I adopted a cat, Benjamin, that was brought in as a stray. But with how friendly and cuddly he is, you could immediately tell how well he was cared for at the shelter. The staff really do care about the animals here. Thank you, Iris!”
“I always find what I need at Tractor Supply. One of America's big box farm and agricultural stores. I like taking the kids here when it is that time of year they have the live chicks and ducklings. They can look at them and I have even bought them in the past and raised them.”
“PetCo is my go-to pet care store. There are tons of food brands, treats, toys and necessities available both in store and online. Oftentimes, you will find great deals/sales going on. I bought the VitalCare rewards membership, and it has been a lifesaver in savings and perks. We find it well worth the money, having two kittens and a lizard at home. The stores are always clean and upkept, sales associates are helpful, informative, and take the time to help if needed. New items are always being advertised, while tried-and-true brands stay available. I've had wonderful experiences at both the Warwick and the Cranston (Garden City) locations.”

“I cannot say enough about this place. EVERYONE from the girl who answered my frantic phone call, to the front desk, vet techs and the surgeon who did the emergency surgery on Gemma and the tech who pulled her drain. Each and everyone of them were so kind and compassionate. They made a very scary situation ALOT easier. Hopefully Gemma will be healed enough on Thursday to have her staples removed and we will NEVER have to go back again. But definitely will be where I'd bring her again if she ever needs emergency help.”
