“I'm not a big fan of pharmacies, but this one does it right.Even though they're in a busy hospital, their service is much more personal than at the big corporate pharmacies. They're quick but polite, and they take the time to go over the drugs with you. That should be the way it is at every pharmacy, but unfortunately, it's a rarity these days.”

“I am here once again trying to leave a review for one of my best CVS stores. Hoping Google doesn't delete my comment as they always do, which I've been considering very unprofessional on behalf of Google.
Now, I want to add that this particular CVS store has one of the best employees ever. She's very kind, without mistaking that for anything else. She's very courteous, always serving me very well without looking at who she's talking to. And well, aside from that, I've started using the coupons the CVS app offers me, so I can't ask for more from this store. Thanks, CVS!
I also drop off my UPS packages at this CVS, and once again, the girl who always helps me is very patient with me, takes her time scanning my packages, and always helps me if I have any questions. In short, she's the reason I'm leaving this review today.”
“This Walgreens is located on Atwells Ave. in Federal Hill with a parking lot. There are some spots reserved for 30 minute parking. Like other Walgreens, there is a photo and a pharmacy section. I've been here a few times to pick up my photos. The photo counter has a button to call for service if there is no staff there. Usually within a few minutes, a staff member appears. The store is clean and organized. Does the exterior of Walgreens look familiar to you? This Walgreens was selected for the exterior shots of the store in Disney's "Hocus Pocus 2."”

“I was supposed to write this review days ago but became caught up due to the holidays, however, Dereck Gonzalez’s customer service to my mother and I was so exceptional I couldn’t forget it! I went late at night to print out a picture of My Abuela that passed away but my mom and I had no clue as to what we were doing. Dereck took notice and was very eager to help us. He was extremely energetic and overall made our extremely difficult ride to find the Walgreens location worth the hassle. His customer service skills are phenomenal and when we left, we couldn’t stop talking about how awesome he was. He was so polite, knowledgeable, extremely charismatic and just an all around great person. He provided us the type of customer service that I’m sure all customers hope to receive when they shop, but seldom experience it. I can’t recommend him enough, so Walgreens if you read this, give him a raise because he deserves it! I know exactly who I’m looking for the next time I go back and need help with anything. “So many times if find myself thinking to myself that I need something, and know that I am going to find it here. CVS stores can be found almost anywhere. And if you are in the city, there is probably one not far from you. Like always, came here for a specific reason and left with many things. This time needed something for my face that get dry (always before the summer). Found a lotion I used last year and that do the job. Then I started shopping. Got many other things I needed and some not really needed but the day to need them will come. Overall it was good. And it is good to have CVS near you.”

Everything is well versed in everyone knew exactly what they were talking about when it came to all the pills and all the different items that I need like prescription glasses and Care in my vitamins that I grabbed.
Got to be on it though because they close at 6:00 during the week
6:00 p.m. is usually pretty early but I go to bed around 7:00 p.m.”

“I had an issue with a gift card. I went in to speak with a Manager. I met a lovely lady my the name of Gabby, who is a supervisor. She gave it her all and unfortunately the issue was not resolved. She suggested I come back to speak with the manager Gary. The following day I did. Gary was so professional and proficient in handling the matter. He actually took his time to hear me out without interrupting. Immediately was hands on with the issue at hand. At the end of it all he solved the issue and we were both pleased. Now a days people can really careless about the next person, especially working in an extremely busy environment. There were customers lined up and Gary made the time for me. Gabby handled the line like a true professional. Overall I think they make a wonderful team. As a consumer I was impressed with their customer service and the representation of the store. Very organized and clean. Thank yall both for your patience and passion for the public.”

“After calling so many pharmacies looking for a specific prescription I’ve been on for more than 20 years! I was very lucky to have found AJ Pharmacy! After so many years of getting my medication filled in CVS, which I disliked because of their poor customer service and not being able to fill my prescription because it was out of stock? I was lucky to find AJ Pharmacy!! I recommend them to anyone! You’re treated with kindness and respect. I am not sure of how long it’s been that I have been filling my prescriptions here but I want to say 2 yrs or so and I travel 1 hour from home every month for my medications. Very grateful and thankful to AJ Pharmacy for going above and beyond for their costumers!”
