“Big improvement. Had switched to Warren Ave due to lack of help, unexpected closings of the pharmacy, general lack of interest by staff. However have been in there in the last month or so several times and seen great improvement so since it is closer to my home I will give it another try.”

“Everyone here complains about the one 30 MINUTE break they get all day. That is VERY normal for pharmacies. Especially corporate ones who have very little time to even eat due to not enough staff, and it’s a LAW. Stop taking it out on the pharmacist and techs. I’m sure you couldn’t fathom only getting a 30 minute break in your 10+ hour day, + all that knowledge of medications etc. They are always doing their best and they MUST set boundaries with people like you. That line fills up fast.. and they are allowed to take their break. I would shut the window on you as well. Their break time is plastered on every wall and website. It’s not their fault you don’t do your research prior to going to the pharmacy during your off time. It’s not only your world. But! I will say one thing.. there’s this lady there that I DREAD talking too… she makes me feel like the tiniest human and an inconvenience every time I even breathe near her. Otherwise, NICK IS THE BEST. He’s so sweet and genuine. He remembers basically all of his patients by name and is truly such a heartfelt person. My partner and I truly only go to this Walgreens still because of him. :) and! Because of the sweet as pie (blond) pharmacist. I wish I remembered her name! Thank you guys for always doing your best for everyone’s wellbeing. You are truly appreciated (besides that miserable lady.. sorry.. she’s horrid. I can’t even fathom what it’s like working with her).”

“I usually shop at the CVS closest to my house. It’s also where I get my vaccinations. My only critical comment is, if CVS can’t fill my prescription order, for some reason, they never suggest another CVS that might be able to do it. I have to do the legwork myself or make them check, which is hard because they are usually very busy. I would think that would be automatic if one store is out of stock.”
