After bringing my car in, they gave me a call to let me know that my tires are completely bald. I was stressing because I knew once I picked up my car, I would need to look for tires. “If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position where you’re shopping for a reliable and professional place that will do a quality collision repair, at least you can rest knowing that you need not look any further. I took my Acura RDX here after it had received some pretty significant front end damage to the point where it was barely driveable. Peter arranged for it to be towed the same day and reassured that all I would pay at the end is my deductible. At first I was dumbfounded and skeptical, but I’m so glad I can look back and say that it was completely unnecessary to feel that way. It ended up being that simple and they did a great job on my vehicle and returned it to me in polished condition. This place is exactly what they advertise and more!”

“I had been sent to J Poulos Automotive from someone local, my usual mechanic wouldn't touch the turbos in my vehicle because apparently they can be a hassle. The mechanic at J Poulos did a great job, was straight forward and informed me the issue wasn't all that bad. Only needed a valve and a line to be replaced running from the turbo, didn't need to replace the turbo. Overall problem was fixed and my vehicle was returned the same day, my car hasn't ran this smooth since I got it and with 100k miles on it I'm happy to say I know when I have an issue in the future, the guys at J Poulos will take good care of me. Honest, reliable and fairly priced mechanics are hard to find nowadays, I'm grateful for finding this place. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!!”

“Honda CRV’s ac was blowing warm on driver’s side and cold on passenger side. Took to J&S on Pontiac last year and they installed a new blend door. Car still blew warm. They then told me it needed a total repair and quoted 4K! I said no way and drove it as is for the rest of the summer. A friend recommended Park Ave Auto so I decided to get a second opinion from them. Chris was honest and straightforward and said he would have his technician do an assessment.Long story short, they replaced the expansion valve for $588 and the ac is working like brand new! Can’t recommend them enough! Excellent customer service and they were wonderful communicating all through the process.”

“Tonight my son stopped into this establishment and needed assistance with a phone call and directions. You see, he's trying to get home for dinner with his family from the naval base in Newport. Unfortunately because of the bridge closure it has taken far longer than either of us anticipated. It's currently 6 p.m. and he's still not home, he left Newport at 230! I just wanted to say thank you to the person who is working for allowing my son to use the phone, charge his, and giving him directions. It means more than you know.”
