“In July of 2025, Google had a software update that compromised the battery. They offered a replacement battery, a Google store credit, or a 100$ check... I love my Google Pixel, there's nothing wrong with it so I just wanted my battery replaced. Everywhere I called did not have the batteries to fix them due to the high demand....I called Mr. Fix it and they have replacement batteries for this phone. I was able to come in the next day and within 15 minutes, I have a new battery that holds its charge and doesn't overheat. Go here for fast and friendly service!! Highly recommend”

I was having issues with the data usage on my phone not connecting with my apps. My iMessages & FaceTime weren’t recognizing my phone number. Mario was able to identify an issue with my SIM card, was able to navigate AT&T processes to fix the issue within my family plan, and then helped with an upgrade. Not only did he identify the root cause of my problem quickly & efficiently, he also offered really great advice and opinions on phone upgrades and streamlined the process to make it the best possible experience. He hooked it up.
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had going in to a phone store with any kind of issue. Both Mario & his other coworker were incredibly friendly, understanding, & helpful. Even if this location is a bit further away than others close to you, it is 100% worth the trip for the level of service you’ll receive.

After my wife had the black screen of death and she got a new phone from Verizon insurance, and after the person transferring the data didn't do it correctly, we went to this store, which was the only one that was open!! “I went to change my phone service to AT&T from Qlink. Just getting in touch with Qlink was difficult. It took a while but through out it all everyone very perfessional and friendly. Even offered a cool drink of water. I am a senior and they were very patient and never made me feel stupid. Definitely a 5 star visit.”

Instead of doing what any store would have done and sold me a phone I didn't need, the owner took the time to clean my charger port out. Now my phone works like new. “Had a great experience with Jonathan at the Boost Mobile store on Lonsdale Avenue. Just bought a new iPhone 15 and took it to the store for activation. There was some difficulty because my service is through Boost Infinite which is somewhat different from the regular Boost Mobile. Jonathan opened a chat with customer service and got them to send me an e-sim which allowed me to activate the new phone. Really appreciate the time he took to do this even while dealing with other customers.”
“I would like to take the opportunity to recommend a T-Mobile store where I recently encountered an issue upgrading my phone. During the process, there was a problem with my old phone that I was trading in. One of the sales representatives, whose name I believe was Ryan, attempted to assist me but was unable to resolve the issue. Consequently, the store manager became involved, and together they worked diligently to find a solution.
As explained by Alex, the store manager, he informed me that he would contact me with a solution within a few days. After a few days, he reached out to me with a viable solution and successfully activated my new phone. I cannot recall the last time I received service of such exceptional quality from any other provider.
If you are seeking a T-Mobile store, I highly recommend visiting this establishment. Thank you, Alex and your exceptional staff. Your dedication and commitment are truly commendable.”
“I really usually hate coming to this location the people that are usually there just make you not want to be there && only go when I’m tired to don’t feel like traveling further and it’s close by ..but I went there wed night . When Ashley was working . I had to switch my daughters line to another phone after she broke hers. There was only one person when I got there && within minutes the store filled with 5 more & Ashley was the only one there and it was about an hour to til closing . She was so friendly and helpful to every single customer . She really went above and beyond and made my whole experience great , since I wasn’t happy mt daughter broke her phone to begin with . Thanks again Ashley. Would come here if there were more friendly staff like her.”
“My phone's screen was broken so I took it to get repaired. They didn't have mine right away but they told me the price and that it would take 3 days to get therer and it did! Got my phone fixed in about an 1 hour. My phone was low on battery so when I came to pick it up they were charging my phone. Also since I had already pre-ordered my glass screen protector I had it with me and they gladly helped me put it on. Best customer experience ever! Thank you so much!”
