“as referred to Christy's after my vehicle was severely damaged by a tree, I could not be happier with every aspect of this operation. Pick up was very easy and efficient, the vehicle was ready for the time I reserved it and Brian was incredibly helpful and professional for the entire process. He clearly explained charges and limits to mileage so there was no uncertainty in the future. The one standout moment among many incredible ones was when my insurance company began to put a time restriction on my rental car due to my vehicle being totaled. Nathan was extremely helpful in this situation. He was extraordinarily empathetic to the circumstance and he and I were able to communicate clearly and come up with a wonderful plan for extending the vehicle in the short term to fit my needs. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Joe who aided in this process and carried on the same level of professionalism as Nathan and Brian. Drop off was a cinch, I arrived literally two minutes after they opened and Brian was ready to go to complete drop off just as easily as we completed pick up. “Teddy is an amazing leader for his team at this location, I went there and we ran in an issue with not getting the car extended and teddy hopped on and helped us from start to finish.with a smile on his face. I never truly experienced great service like this before, we were there for a little while and we watched how organized the store was and how customers came in worried and left happy, Teddy makes it feel like it’s more of a family than a business, he prioritizes the customers first with respect and dignity. “I don't leave reviews often but I had read a lot of negative reviews here when I was looking for a rental car in the area. Recently took a 2 day trip in the area and needed a car. I couldn't call directly to the office as others pointed out in their reviews, but I talked to a rep then was able to reserve a car online with the pay later option. Avis is a 10 min walk from the train station, they had my car waiting for me, check-in & return process were quick, car smelled good, it was clean, and ran well for the 2 days I drove it around.”
“Drop off address in downtown Providence is incorrect on Google and on all of our paperwork! This caused us to nearly miss our train as we could not locate the drop off. The location of 1 Dorrance St. is a parking garage that is not affiliated with Budget. When we finally located it a half mile away, Budget employees said the address has been incorrect for years. Fortunately, the very nice room yes there drove us to the train station do we caught our train about 2 minutes before it was leaving. PLEASE UPDATE GOOGlE AND YOUR WEBSITE WITH YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS! DROP OFF WAS A NIGHTMARE!”

“While our vehicle was being repaired at Hillview Autobody, we were provided a rental thru Christy’s. Hillview and Christy’s made our life easier by providing us a larger rental at one point halfway thru our repair process. We had a 5 passenger Rogue while our 7 passenger Honda pilot was being repaired, but we needed to get something larger for a road trip and they were very accommodating. Both vehicles were in great condition and the staff was very helpful.”
