“I use self checkout most times. Store shelved are pretty empty. Few things I came for I did not find and lots of aisles partially blocked with pallets of goods needed to be shelved with no one around to do such. Floors are clean except from merchandise that shoppers have dropped on the floor and have not picked up to replace on the shelves (even bread). I just don't get it.”
“I have had T Mobile for over a decade. Recently we upgraded our plan and we went to a different store. That store was a retailer not this store but I wish I had. Mistakes were and customer service at tmobile was atrocious. Over the course of 2 weeks and phone calls totaling close to 6 hours and no follow through from T mobile customer service reps I came to this store as a last option. Chris Brown and the manager of store Cris jumped on the phone with tmobile, resolved the situation and made sure everything was handled properly. They finally resolved the situation. I am staying with T Mobile bc of these two and the only location I'll ever do business with is here. Thank you both. From someone who works in sales you both are top notch in resolution and customer service.”

“Only convenience store in the area. And it IS convenient. BUT they usually have the most expensive gas around. And the other merchandise is expensive as well. I suppose when you're the only store around you can do that tho. Plus their ebt card machine is down a lot. I hear them telling people that pretty frequently.”
“Excellent experience with J’s… our washer machine died after 10 years and we needed a new one right away. Store is beautiful. Associate (Charles?) showed us all the models they had and gave suggestions based on what we had, what we needed, and size limitations. Squeezed us in for delivery 2 days later even though they were busy. Installers were professional and neat. Very pleased! Will return”
