“I have had T Mobile for over a decade. Recently we upgraded our plan and we went to a different store. That store was a retailer not this store but I wish I had. Mistakes were and customer service at tmobile was atrocious. Over the course of 2 weeks and phone calls totaling close to 6 hours and no follow through from T mobile customer service reps I came to this store as a last option. Chris Brown and the manager of store Cris jumped on the phone with tmobile, resolved the situation and made sure everything was handled properly. They finally resolved the situation. I am staying with T Mobile bc of these two and the only location I'll ever do business with is here. Thank you both. From someone who works in sales you both are top notch in resolution and customer service.”
