“I just wanted to express how amazing my visit here was with Edgar! I hope I spelt his name right. I went in at 6pm tonight with a charging problem for my phone. He assisted me with not only fixing the phone,but he also helped me with resetting my pin on my dead phone. He was very patient and even offered to help me past closing. It took only to 6:58 lol. Nevertheless going that far in customer service is rare.
I myself am in sales and can value his expertise in knowledge of the product and prices. He had an answer to every question I had with great accuracy. When I do buy a new phone I will be going to purchase one here with Edgar! Make sure you do whatever you have to in order to keep him. He is a rare employee!”
