“I recently contacted a UPS store in Bristol, Rhode Island, and had the pleasure of working with the owner, Carmen, regarding a unique request. I had purchased a large vintage vending machine on eBay that was listed for local pickup, and being located in Michigan, I needed assistance coordinating the logistics.
From the outset, Carmen was transparent and professional. She explained that she would need to assess whether she could accommodate the request and promptly followed up with me, as promised. Throughout the entire process, she maintained clear communication and demonstrated a high level of professionalism.
Carmen assured me that the item would be carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit, and she absolutely delivered on that promise. When the vending machine arrived, it was expertly packaged and in excellent condition.
I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Carmen’s professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail truly set her apart. It would be wonderful to see more individuals in business conduct themselves with the same level of integrity and care.”
“I went in to make about 300 copies. It was convenient as it was self serve. I did have to wait a bit as the printers were sll restarting/rebooting so i had to wait for one to become available. I showed up just in time as there was a line that showed up after me. I just didn't understand what I needed to do to start or how to insert the paper. A women, I believe, named Taylor helped me out and explained it perfectly. I was able to make my copies with no issues other than the max price was $25 so I had to do several small batches. I would be back for copying services.”

“I recently won an auction for a piece of equipment in South Kingstown, RI. Seeing as I am in Arlington, TX, getting the equipment from it's location and back home was going to be a challenge. I called a few places and no-one was very helpful. When I called Post All, the owner, Bill, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I needed someone to pick up, pack, and ship my new acquisition and Bill performed marvelously. Everything was picked up in a timely manner, packed well, and shipped quickly. I highly recommend using them whether you are in Middletown or across the country in Texas. Thanks again!”

“We had to get a shipment out today and were told by the UPS Store in Central Square that their driver had already picked up/left to try this location. We got here at 6:50ish and the door was locked. We went around to the front where the loading dock was and handed the prepaid packages to a driver, who took them. I take one star off for having hours listed incorrectly on the door, but still a very good review for taking our packages. This made our day!”
“Whoever was answering the front desk phones today (3/4) in the Swansea MA post office is an amazing human being! I accidentally put in the wrong address to ship two items and didn’t realize it until they were almost being delivered!
I called and not only was he extremely polite but he took down my information and helped me with the problem! One of the packages already arrived no problem! Thank you so much!
USPS has been under so much pressure and I’m sure they deal with rude phone calls and problems all day... but despite that this person still helped me solve a problem very important to me in such a kind manor and I am so thankful!

“I visited this post office this morning to process my passport paperwork and get my photo taken. The gentleman behind the counter was so sweet and kind. He was patient with me and helped me choose the correct way to apply for my passport. I've been to 2 other post offices about this (not for myself) and neither of them were as kind and thorough as he was. Thank you, grey mustachioed man, for making my morning!”

“I don't know why all these bad reviews. I'm handicapped in a wheelchair and the staff here has always been very helpful. Always have a pen that I can use, also in the back there's 2 tables both of which have pens. Never had an issue getting a money order always have them. Great customer service at least with me.”

He was very professional, friendly, and gave me advice that helped make the process smoother and more efficient on both our ends, all while being quite timely. “I’ve never had any issues here. Granted sometimes I have to wait but it’s never been more than 10 minutes. The service has always been good too. I see there are a lot of complaints about how they’re rude. I find that odd. They’re not rude to me at all. I have seen very rude and demanding customers though. So maybe staff gets what they give and the people complaining need to chill and try to comprehend that life doesn’t revolve around them. Just a thought.
Only problem I could see at this place, and I could very well be wrong, is that I don’t think it’s handicapped accessible. I haven’t seen any ramps or lifts and a few times I’ve had to go in and buy stamps for a women with a walker.”

“I’ve shipped out a lot of orders for my business and have been dropping them off at this post office since 2020. I’ve only ever had good experiences here. The staff has changed over the years but they’ve all been very professional and always happy to help. I prefer to go to this location vs others I’ve had to go to because of necessity. Also, USPS has never lost a package for me in these last six years. While other carriers have. Definitely my go to mail service.”
